देहरादून : मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में कौशल विकास विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न हुयी। बैठक के दौरान, मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि गुणवत्तायुक्त कौशल विकास रोजगार की दिशा में महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है। इसके लिए बच्चों की रूचि के अनुरूप कौशल विकास की। उन्होंने इसके लिए कक्षा 6 से ही बच्चों के स्किल डेवेलपमेंट पर फोकस किए जाने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आईटीआई के प्रशिक्षक शुरूआत में अपने आसपास के स्कूलों में दौरे करें, सप्ताह में एक प्रशिक्षण कक्षा का आयोजन किया जाए। बच्चों की रूचि जानने की कोशिश की जाए ताकि उसके अनुरूप बच्चों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा सके।
मुख्य सचिव ने राजकीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों में वर्तमान एवं भविष्य की आवश्यकता के अनुसार लगातार कोर्स अपडेट किए जाने एवं मॉडर्न तकनीकों के प्रयोग किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशिक्षकों को भी नई तकनीक से लगातार अपडेट रहने की आवश्यकता है, इसके लिए प्रशिक्षकों का भी प्रशिक्षण कराया जाना चाहिए। साथ ही, नए ट्रेड्स को भी शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चे ऑनलाईन किसी भी तकनीक की जानकारी ले सकें इसके लिए एक डिजिटल लाईब्रेरी की व्यवस्था की जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि अपनी योजनाओं में इंडस्ट्रीज को शामिल करते हुए सीधे बच्चों को इंडस्ट्रीज में ही प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराए जाने की व्यवस्था की जाए। इसके लिए औद्योगिक संस्थानों से एग्रीमेंट किया जा सकता है। प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में नए एवं आधुनिक उपकरणों के माध्यम से ट्रेनिंग उपलब्ध करायी जानी चाहिए। इसके लिए आईटीआई लैब का आधुनिकीकरण किया जाए।
बैठक के दौरान सचिव कौशल विकास विजय कुमार यादव ने बताया कि प्रदेश में गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रशिक्षण सुनिश्चित किए जाने हेतु 24 आईटीआई का वर्ल्ड बैंक प्रोजेक्ट के माध्यम से अपग्रेडेशन कार्य चल रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत स्मार्ट क्लासरूम/वर्कशॉप, ग्रीन और स्मार्ट कैंपस सहित इंटरनेट सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि 8 आईटीआई को STRIVE (CS) स्कीम के तहत उद्योगों के साथ पार्टनरशिप में गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने पर फोकस किया जा रहा है। 22 आईटीआई का नाबार्ड के सहयोग से अपग्रेडेशन किया जा रहा है।
इस अवसर पर कौशल विकास विभाग के अन्य उच्चाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
