जिले में बढाई गयी आक्सीजन की क्षमता – जिलाधिकारी

उत्तरकाशी : कोरोना संक्रमण की बढ़ती आशंकाओं को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन ने पुख्ता तैयारी की है। जिला अस्पताल के अलावा जनपद की सीएचसी चिन्यालीसौड़, पुरोला,नौगाँव व कोविड अस्पताल गढ़वाल मंडल विकास निगम उत्तरकाशी में आक्सीजन बैंड की क्षमता को बढ़ाया गया है। जिला अस्पताल में 95 ऑक्सीजन बैड है तो वहीं कोविड अस्पताल जीएमवीएन में 30 ऑक्सीजन बैड है। सीएचसी चिन्यालीसौड़ में 06 ऑक्सीजन बैड है अगले तीन सप्ताह के भीतर 40-50 बैड बढ़ाने का कार्य गतिमान है। उधर नौगाँव/बड़कोट में 24 ऑक्सीजन बैड व पुरोला में 12 ऑक्सीजन बैड वर्तमान में है। इसके अतिरिक्त प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में भी ऑक्सीजन बैड स्थापित किए जाने का कार्य गतिमान है। ताकि कोरोना संक्रमण के उपचार को लेकर दूरस्थ के लोगों को जिला अस्पताल की अतिरिक्त दूरी तय ना करना पड़ें।
जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने बताया कि जनपद की भौगोलिक स्थिति को देखते हुए कोविड मरीजों को त्वरित उपचार देने के लिए सामुदायिक स्वास्थ केन्द्रों में कोविड उपचार की आवश्यक दवाइयों की उपलब्धता के साथ ऑक्सीजन युक्त बैड स्थापित किए हैं। ताकि दूरस्थ के कोविड मरीजों को जिला अस्पताल की अतिरिक्त दूरी तय ना करने पड़े। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि विशेषज्ञों द्वारा देश मे कोरोना की तीसरी लहर आने की भी आशंका जाहिर की गई है। इसको देखते हुए भी जनपद में स्वास्थ सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ कर पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए है। ताकि सुदरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में भी इस महामारी से हम आसानी से विजय पा सकें। कहा कि देखा जा रहा कि कोविड मरीजों को ज्यादातर ऑक्सीजन की जरूरत पड़ रही है इस हेतु वर्तमान में जनपद में ऑक्सीजन की कमी नही है जनपद में पहले 140 ऑक्सीजन गैस सिलेंडर थे अब 280 है इसके अतिरिक्त 100 गैस सिलेंडर और क्रय करने के भी आदेश दिये गए है। इसी तरह 105 ऑक्सीजन कंस्ट्रेटर भी विगत 10 दिन में विभिन्न स्रोतों से प्राप्त हुए है। तथा जिला चिकित्सालय में 200 एलपीएम का ऑक्सीजन प्लांट भी तीन दिन के भीतर चालू हो जाएगा। वर्तमान में ऑक्सीजन की कतई भी कमी नही है। आवश्यक दवाइयां उपलब्ध है। जरूरत पड़ने पर शासन से मांग करने पर ऑक्सीजन /दवाई इत्यादि समय से मिल रही है। यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति कोरोना पॉजिटिव आये तो कतई भी घबराइए नही जिला प्रशासन हर स्तिथि से निपटने के लिए सदैव तैयार है। कोरोना संक्रमण के प्रभावी नियंत्रण को लेकर गांव-गांव में जाकर प्रत्येक परिवारों का सर्वेक्षण कार्य गठित टीमों द्वारा किया जा रहा है सन्दिग्ध लोगों की कोरोना संक्रमण जांच की जा रही है,लक्षण दिखने वाले नागरिकों को मेडिसिन किट वितरण का कार्य तेजी के साथ किया जा रहा है। वर्त्तमान तक होम आइसोलेशन मेडिसिन किट करीब 11 हजार एवं आइवरमेक्टिन ढाई हजार किट विभिन्न गांव व शहरी क्षेत्र में वितरण की जा चुकी है।
