मसूरी – नगर पालिका परिषद की बैठक सम्पन्न, कई प्रस्ताव किये गये पास।
मसूरी : नगर पालिका परिषद की बैठक में 90 प्रस्ताव आये जिसमें से 13 प्रस्ताव स्थगित किए गये। वहीं करीब 20 करोड़ से अधिक के निर्माण कार्यों के प्रस्ताव भी पास किए गये। बोर्ड बैठक में जल संस्थान कार्यालय के लिए स्थान देने का भी प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत किया गया। साथ ही जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी के पत्र कि पालिका द्वारा रोपवे के लिए हस्तांतरित की गई 4.25 एकड के अतिरिक्त शिफन कोर्ट से लगती हुए189.83 वर्ग मीटर भूमि पर्यटन विंभाग को देने के प्रस्ताव को खारिज कर दिया गया है।
नगर पालिका परिषद की बोर्ड बैठक में 90 प्रस्ताव लाये गये व 13 प्रस्ताव स्थगित किये गये। बैठक में पालिकाध्यक्ष अनुज गुप्ता एवं पालिका सभासद गीता कुमाई के बीच कई प्रस्तावों पर तीखी नोकझोंक हुई। बैठक की जानकारी देते हुए पालिकाध्यक्ष अनुज गुप्ता ने बताया कि पालिका बोर्ड बैठक में कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्ताव पास किए गये जिसमें पेयजल निगम ने जो पालिका की सड़के खोदी हैं उन्हें बनाने के साथ ही शहर की अन्य पालिका सड़कों के निर्माण व अन्य विकास कार्यों के लिए करीब 20 करोड़ रूपये के प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत किए गये। वहीं मसूरी झील को 15 साल के लिए लीज पर देने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया जिसे नये तरीके से आधुनिक रूप से पर्यटकों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रख कर बनाया जायेगा। वहीं सफाई को देखते हुए प्रस्ताव पास किया गया जिसमें मसूरी से लगे आसपास के क्षेत्र में भी सफाई व्यवस्था की जायेगी। पालिका बैठक में सभासदों के विरोध पर कहा कि सदन में सभी को अपनी बात रखने का अधिकार है, स्वस्थ्य बहस होनी चाहिए और चर्चा की गई। वेंडर को दुकानें न देने पर भी सवाल उठाये गये उस पर कहा कि जो वेंडर है वह शहर के ही हैं, चाहे वह किसी भी क्षेत्र के हों उन्हें दुकानें आवंटित की जायेगी। इसमें पार दर्शिता का पूरा ध्यान रखा जायेगा। पालिका बोर्ड बैठक में उठाये गये सवालों पर सभासद गीता कुमाई ने कहा कि पालिका का एजेंडा भ्रष्टाचार से लिप्त है इस एजेंडों को रदद करने की मांग की थी। जिसमें बडे बडे काम किए जा रहे हैं बीस करोड गेस्ट हाउस के लिए शासन को प्रस्ताव भेजा गया कि इसे तोड़ कर बनाया जाय जबकि यह गेस्ट हाउस 10 साल पहले बना है। जबकि मसूरी में बच्चों के भविष्य को लेकर किसी इंस्टीटयूट की बात नहीं की जा रही। पालिका अन्य कार्य तो कर रही है लेकिन संविदा कर्मियों की बात क्यों नहीं की जा रही जो विगत 15 सालों से अधिक समय से कार्य कर रहे हैं कि उन्हें नियमित किया जाय। इसी के साथ ही एक ही काम को दो से तीन बार प्रस्ताव में लाया गया है जो भ्रष्टाचार का प्रतीक है यह वित्तीय अनियमितता है जिन कामों को पूर्व में बोर्ड में लाया गया व उनके वर्क आर्डर जारी हो चुके हैं उन्हें फिर दुबारा लाया गया है। ऐसे कई काले कारनामें हैं। अतिक्रमण के नाम पर कई गरीबों की दुकानें तोड़ दी गई उन्हें दुकानें नहीं दे रही। वहीं पालिका वरिष्ठ नागरिक समिति के अतिक्रमण को तोड़ने की कोई बात नहीं कर रहा बल्कि उन्हें और दिया जा रहा है। डिस्पेंसरी की मांग को दरकिनार कर दिया गया है। इसके अलावा अन्य कई मामलों पर भी पालिकाध्यक्ष के साथ बहस हुई। बैठक में पालिका सभासद आरती अग्रवाल, मनीषा खरोला, जसोदा शर्मा, सरिता पंवार, सरिता कोहली, गीता कुमाई, प्रताप पंवार, दर्शन रावत, कुलदीप राैंछेला, नामित सभासद मदन मोहन शर्मा, अरविंद सेमवाल, ईओ राजेश नैथानी, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डा. आभाष सिंह, नगर अभियंता रमेश बिष्ट, कार्यालय अधीक्षक महावीर राणा आदि मौजूद रहे।
