पौड़ी गढ़वाल : सुराज दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में आज यमकेश्वर विधानसभा के ग्राम पंचायत मराल रत्तापानी में जनपद के प्रभारी सचिव दिलीप जावलकर और स्थानीय विधायक यम्केश्वर रेनू बिष्ट की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में चौपाल का आयोजन किया गया।
आयोजित चौपाल में लोगों की विभिन्न समस्याओं की सुनवाई की गई और सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी देते हुए सभी को एक समृद्ध और खुशहाल उत्तराखंड बनाने के लिए सक्रिय भागीदारी का आह्वान किया गया।
इस दौरान जनपद के प्रभारी सचिव दिलीप जावलकर ने उपस्थित विभिन्न विभागीय अधिकारियों को लोगों की आजीविका और आर्थिकी में सुधार लाने, उनकी छोटी-मोटी समस्याओं को उनके ही द्वार पर उचित गुणवत्ता और समयबद्धता के साथ निस्तारित करने तथा लोगों को सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिए उनको जागरूक करते हुए विभिन्न योजनाओं का समुचित लाभ प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि सर्विस डिलीवरी फास्ट होनी चाहिए, सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मानक के अनुरूप जो सेवाएं दी जानी चाहिये उन्हें गुणवत्तापूर्ण दी जाए तथा मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1905 पर प्राप्त होने वाली शिकायतों का तेजी से निराकरण किया जाए।
उन्होंने लोगों को ऐसी स्वरोजगारपरक गतिविधियों पर अधिक ध्यान देने का आह्वान किया जिसमें उनको परंपरागत बेहतर ज्ञान प्राप्त है और उसको करने का उन्हें अच्छा अनुभव भी है साथ ही जिसका वर्तमान समय में मार्केट में डिमांड भी अधिक है।
इस अवसर पर होटल एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों ने भी अपनी विभिन्न समस्याओं के निराकरण से संबंधित ज्ञापन सचिव दिलीप जावलकर को सौंपा।
इस अवसर पर विधायक यमकेश्वर ने लोगों को सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही जन कल्याणकारी और सामाजिक सुरक्षा से संबंधित योजनाओं की जानकारी देते हुए विभिन्न अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि लोगों को पेंशन योजना, खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना, मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना, पर्यटन से जुड़ी विभिन्न योजनाओं के साथ-साथ स्वास्थ्य और बाल विकास के अंतर्गत बच्चों और महिलाओं को समर्पित विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ देना सुनिश्चित करें।
इस अवसर पर विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित कुल 23 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई, जिनमें से अधिकतर का मौके पर ही निराकरण किया गया। प्राप्त शिकायतों में अधिकतर शिकायतें पेयजल, सड़क, विद्युत, रोजगार, पेंशन से जुड़ी हुई थी।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी पौड़ी अपूर्वा पांडे, परियोजना निदेशक डीआरडीए संजीव कुमार रॉय, ज्येष्ठ उप प्रमुख दिनेश भट्ट, उप जिलाधिकारी संदीप कुमार, ग्राम प्रधान मराल संदीप कुमार, कोठार गाँव नीरज पयाल, दमांद ध्यान पाल सिंह, तोली राजकुमारी देवी, जुडड़ा मीनाक्षी देवी, भादसी डबल सिंह सहित विभिन्न विभागीय अधिकारी -कार्मिक तथा स्थानीय जनमानस उपस्थित थे।
