नगर पालिका परिषद बाडा़हाट में आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव पर स्वानीधि महोत्सव कार्यक्रम का आगाज।

उत्तरकाशी : नगर पालिका परिषद बड़ाहाट के तत्वावधान में आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के अन्तर्गत रामलीला मैदान में आयोजित स्वनिधि महोत्सव कार्यक्रम में गंगोत्री विधायक सुरेश चौहान ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत की। विधायक ने रिवन काटकर स्वनिधि महोत्सव का शुभारंभ किया। इस दौरान विशिष्ट अतिथि अध्यक्ष जिला सहकारी बैंक विक्रम सिंह रावत,डीएम अभिषेक रुहेला, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष रमेश सेमवाल,असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर शहरी विकास विनोद कुमार आदि उपस्थित रहे।
विधायक ने कहा कि कोविडकाल में नगर क्षेत्र में छोटा व्यवसाय करने वाले रेड़ी,ठेली वालों का व्यवसाय पूर्ण रूप से प्रभावित हो गया था। जिससे उनका आजीविका का संकट खड़ा हो गया था। छोटे व्यवसायों के जीवन यापन में आ रही कठिनाइयों को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा स्वनिधि योजना लागू की। ताकि छोटा कारोबार करने वाले रेड़ी ठेली वाले अपना व्यवसाय पुनः शुरू कर अपनी आजीविका का संवर्धन कर सकें। सरकार ने नगर क्षेत्र के रेड़ी ठेली वालों को रोजगार से जोड़ना का कार्य किया। इसी उपलक्ष्य में आज उत्सव के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है।
जिलाधिकारी ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि देश आजादी का 75वां वर्ष मना रहा है। कोविडकाल में देश में कोविड जैसी महामारी ने व्यवसाय करने वाले कारोबारियों एवं आम आदमी के जीवन को प्रभावित किया। जिसमें रेड़ी, ठेली वाले छोटे व्यवसाय करने वाले लोग भी शामिल थे जिनका रोजगार ठप हो गया। सरकार ने छोटे व्यवसाय की चिंता करते हुए मिशन मोड पर स्वनिधि योजना से लोगों को पुनः रोजगार से जोड़ने का प्रयास किया और इस योजना के आने से लोग लाभान्वित हुए। जिलाधिकारी ने स्वनिधि योजना पर विस्तृत प्रकाश डाला। साथ ही जिन लाभार्थियों को बैंक से ऋण लेने में कोई परेशानी आ रही है। उनका हर सम्भव समाधान करने का भरोसा दिया। साथ ही स्वनिधि योजना को उचित तरीके से अनुश्रवण करने का भी आश्वासन दिया।
जिलाधिकारी ने आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव कार्यक्रम को लेकर जनता से आव्हान किया कि 13 से 15 अगस्त तक अपने घरों पर तिरंगा जरूर लगाएं। आजादी के पर्व को उत्साह के साथ मनाए। साथ ही जनपदवासियों से अपील की है कि अपने घरों में लगाएं गए तिरंगे को 15 अगस्त के बाद ससम्मान निकालकर सुरक्षित रखें।
कार्यक्रम में नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष रमेश सेमवाल ने सभी अतिथियों का स्वागत किया। तथा अंगवस्त्र देकर सम्मानित किया।
इस दौरान जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा रमेश चौहान, जिला महामंत्री हरीश डंगवाल,जिलाध्यक्ष महिला मोर्चा कृष्णा राणा,विजयपाल मखलोगा,बुद्धि सिंह राणा,सुधा गुप्ता,ग्लेशियर लेडी शांति ठाकुर,व्यापार मंडल के अध्यक्ष रमेश चौहान सहित नगर पालिका के सभासद उपस्थित रहे।
