‘‘सेवा ही संगठन’’ कार्यक्रम के तहत बांटी कोरोना उपचार तथा राशन किट।

देहरादून : देहरादून जनपद के कोविड उपचार व्यवस्थाओं के प्रभारी मंत्री तथा सैनिक कल्याण, औद्योगिक विकास, एम0एस0एम0ई0 तथा खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने मोदी सरकार के ‘‘सेवा के सात साल’’ के तहत पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रमानुसार मसूरी विधानसभा अंतर्गत चंद्रोटी जिला पंचायत के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत गंगोल पंडितवाड़ी तथा अस्थल जिला पंचायत के अंतर्गत सेरागांव के जनप्रतिनिधियांे, कार्यकर्ताओं एवं ग्रामवासियों से वर्चुअल बैठक के माध्यम से संवाद किया। इस दौरान मोदी सरकार की उपलब्धियों तथा राज्य सरकार द्वारा ग्रामीण स्तर पर संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। इसके उपरांत दोनांे की ग्राम सभाओं में ‘‘सेवा ही संगठन -2’’ के तहत सेनेटाईजर, मास्क, आक्सीमीटर/थर्मामीटर, स्टीमर, कोराना उपचार किट तथा राशन किट वितरित की गई।
काबीना मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की नेतृत्व में सचांलित सरकार के सात साल सेवा के सात साल रहें हैं। विगत सरकारों द्वारा जिन मुद्दों को असाधेय सा बना दिया गया था उन सभी को मोदी सरकार द्वारा बिना किसी परेशानी के हल कर दिया गया। चाहे कश्मीर में धारा 370 हटाने को प्रकरण हो या तीन तलाक का मामला, चाहे करोड़ों लोगोें की आस्था से जुड़े हुए भगवान श्री राम के मंदिर निर्माण का प्रश्न हो। मोदी सरकार ने विगत सरकारों द्वारा असमाधेय बना दिए गए इन सभी मुद्दों को सर्वसम्मत हल निकाला। भारत देश की आर्थिक गतिविधियों की धुरी कहे जाने वाले आधारभूत ढ़ाचे के रुप में सड़क, रेल तथा हवाई यातायात का सर्वाधिक विकास मोदी सरकार के विगत सात सालों में हुआ है। देश के आंतरिक विकास को गति देकर उन्होंने राष्ट्र का आत्मविश्वास व राष्ट्रवासियों के गौरव में वृद्धि की। इसी का परिणाम था कि पुलावामा जैसा कायराना हमला करने वाले देश के अंदर घूसकर आंतकिंयों के ठिकानों को नेस्तोनाबूद किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि लगभग डेढ़ साल से जारी कोरोना संकट में भारत ने आत्मनिर्भरता के साथ देश में कोरोना उपचार सुविधाओं का विकास किया, आवश्यक दवाओं, आक्सीजन इत्यादि की आपूर्ति का चैनल विकसित किया। आज इस संकट के समय में प्रधानमंत्री, गृह मंत्री व अन्य समस्त मंत्रीगण, राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री एंव मंत्रीगण तथा विधायकों सहित सभी कार्यकर्ता लगातार जनता को राहत पहुंचाने के लिए जनता के बीच मौजूद रहे हैं।
वर्तमान महामारी के दौर से ज्यादा संवेदनशीलता से निपटने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा पूरी कैबिनेट को ही अलग-अलग जनपदों की जिम्मेदारी देकर मोर्चे पर तैनात कर दिया था। सबसे अधिक प्रभावित व सर्वाधिक संक्रमण लोड वाले जनपद देहरादून की जिम्मेदारी 01 अप्रैल को मुझे दी गई थी। विगत डेढ़ महीने के अल्प समय में ही जनपद में कोरोना उपचार सुविधाओं में लगभग 10 गुना की बढ़ोत्तरी प्राप्त कर ली गई है। आॅक्सीजन बेड की संख्या 601 से बढ़ा कर 2987 की जा चुकी है तो आई0सी0यू0 की 135 से 836 तक बढ़ा दिए गए हैं। इसी प्रकार वैंटिलेटरों की संख्या 103 से बढ़ा कर 277 की जा चुकी है।
‘‘जहां बीमार, वहीं उपचार‘‘ की तर्ज पर क्यारकुली भट्टा, सहत्रधारा, भगवंतपुर, सरोना, कालसी तथा चकराता इत्यादि क्षेत्रों में आयुष अस्पतालों में आक्सीजन बैड की सुविधा विकसित की जा चुकी है। शीघ्र ही क्यारा में भी ऑक्सीजन बैड की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवा दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा कोविड निगरानी हेतु ऑसीमीटर, थर्मामीटर बैंक बनाए गए हैं। प्राथमिक उपचार हेतु कोराना उपचार किट वितरित की जा रही हैं। साथ ही यह भी ध्यान रखा जा रहा है कि क्षेत्र में कोई भूखा ना रहे। हमारी सरकार द्वारा जनता को सीधी राहत प्रदान करने हुए सीटी स्कैन, एम्बुलेंस किराया इत्यादि की दरों को निर्धारित करवाया गया। यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि आयुष्मान योजनांतर्गत आच्छादित अस्पतालों में कोरोना उपचार को आयुष्मान योजना के तहत मुफ्त में मिले। उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं का आह्वान किया कि राज्य सरकार और केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनओं की जानकारी गांव-गांव तक पहुंचाएं।
काबिना मंत्री के संबोधन के उपरांत ग्राम पंचायत गंगोल पंडितवाड़ी में मास्क, 40 परिवारों को सैनिटाईजर, 20 परिवारों को उपचार किट, 15 परिवारों को भाप लेने वाली मशीन तथा 60 परिवारों को राशन किट उपलब्ध करवाई गई। इसी प्रकार सेरागांव में 10 परिवारों को स्टीमर, 60 परिवारों को सेनिटाईजर, मास्क तथा 10 परिवारों को आक्सीमीटर / थर्मामीटर इत्यादि उपलब्ध करवाया गया।
इस वर्चुअल संवाद कार्यक्रम में जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष दीपक पुण्डीर, जिला पंचायत सदस्य वीर सिंह, ग्राम प्रधान सुनील सिंह, मीला राणा, बीडीसी नीलम, किरन, मण्डल महामंत्री नारायण सिंह राणा, पूर्व प्रधान समीर पुण्डीर, संजय कुमार, आकाश क्षेत्री, प्रतिमा, सपना मल्ल, राहुल रावत, संजय राणा व रतन सिंह नेगी इत्यादि उपस्थित रहे।
