उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को फिल्मों के माध्यम से देश दुनिया को दिखायें- स्मृति ईरानी।
मसूरी : उत्तराखंड सरकार की पहल पर आयोजित फिल्म कॉन्क्लेव 2019 के मौके पर बतौर मुख्य अतिथि केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देवभूमि है और यहां की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को फिल्मों के माध्यम से पूरा देश व दुनिया जाने इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री का प्रयास सराहनीय है। जिसमें पूरा सहयोग किया जायेगा।
लाइब्रेरी स्थित एक होटल में आयोजित फिल्म कॉन्क्लेव में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि केंद्रीय मंत्री महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास स्मृति ईरानी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड का प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य हर किसी को आकर्षित करता है इसलिए इस सम्मेलन का उददेश्य यहां की बोली भाषा, यहां की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को देश व दुनिया के हर घर में पहुंचे इसके लिए फिल्म मेकिंग व क्रियेटिव के साथ सोचना होगा और प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री इस दिशा में प्रयास कर रहे हैं जो सराहनीय है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमत्रीं के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखं डमें फिलम जगत के साथ साथ यहां की सांस्कृतिक विरासत तकनीकी के बदौलत देश विदेश में पहुंचे। इसके लिए वर्किंग ग्रुप बनाने का प्रयास किया जाना चाहिए ताकि यहाँ का युवा फिल्म मेकिंग के साथ ही क्रियेटिव करे। उन्होंने कहा कि फिल्म निर्माताओं की समस्याओं पर ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि उन्हें किस चीज की आवश्यकता है उन्हें क्या चाहिए। सारा प्रावधान सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम से होना चाहिए। डिजिलाटाइलेशन की दिशा में कार्य होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां पर देश के प्राख्यात सिने निर्माता निर्देशक मौजूद है और मै यहां अपने सीनियर को संबोधित कर रही हूं। उन्होंने सम्मेलन में आये सिनेमा जगत के लोगों का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखंड में आकर फिल्मों का निर्माण करें। इससे पूर्व प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र रावत ने कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी सहित सिनेमा जगत से आये प्रतिनिधियों का स्वागत किया व कहा कि उत्तराखंड देवभूमि है। यहां प्रकृति ने बहुत सुंदरता बिखेरी है। यहां की खूबसूरत लोकेशनों पर आयें व फिल्म बनाये। प्रदेश सरकार पूरा सहयोग करेगी और कर रही है। यहां सिंगलविंडो सिस्टम लागू किया गया है। उन्हांेने कहा कि गत डेढ़ वर्ष में यहां 200 से अधिक फिल्मों, सीरियलों, सहित दक्षिण भारत की फिल्मों की शूटिंग हुई है। बडे़ स्टार कलाकार यहां आये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि फिल्मों को प्रमोट करने के लिए सरकार ने जो पहले 10 हजार रूप्ये प्रतिदिन शुल्क लेते थे वह भी लेना बंद कर दिया है। यहां के लोग सहयोगात्मक हैं, मेहनती व प्रतिभावान है। यहां शूटिंग में व्यवधान नहीं होता। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में एक इंस्टीटयूट फिल्म से संबंधित खुल गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सम्मेलन में जो सुझाव आयेंगे उसके बाद सिनेमा निर्माण के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के लिए कुछ नई घोषणा की जायेगी। इस मौके पर सिनेमा निर्माता तिग्मांशु धूलिया, भरत बाला, विशाल भारद्वाज, जैकी भगनानी, रूपा दुर्गापाल, विधायक गणेश जोशी, पर्यटन सचिव दिलीप जावलकर, उत्तराखंड क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष जोत सिंह गुनसोला, पालिकाध्क्ष अनुज गुप्ता, पूर्व पालिकाध्यक्ष ओपी उनियाल सहित कई सिनेमा जगत से जुड़ी हस्तियां मौजूद रही।
