जोशियाडा़ में जल्द बनेगी वाहन पार्किंग – DM

उत्तरकाशी : नगरवासियों के लिए जोशियाड़ा में शीघ्र ही वाहनों की पार्किंग की सुविधा मिलेगी। मंगलवार को जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने यूजेवीएनएल की खाली पड़ी भूमि का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर जायजा लिया।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जोशियाड़ा में यूजेवीएनएल की खाली जमीन का उपयोग कार पार्किंग के लिए किया जा रहा है। ताकि सड़क पर खड़ें वाहनों को पार्किंग की सुविधा मिल सकें तथा नगरवासियों को जाम से निजात मिल सकें। जिलाधिकारी ने निरीक्षण के दौरान यूजेवीएनएल को खाली पड़ी जमीन का समतलीकरण कर कार व दो पहिये वाहनों की पार्किंग के लिए तेजी से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्किंग में लोगों के वाहनों की पूर्ण सुरक्षा हो इस हेतु चेक पोस्ट बनाकर सुरक्षा कर्मी की तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जाय। साथ ही उच्च क्वालिटी के सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने के भी निर्देश दिए जिसकी मोनिटरिंग कोतवाली से होगी। जिलाधिकारी ने पार्किंग का काम सितंबर माह के अंत तक पूर्ण करने के निर्देश यूजेवीएनएल को दिए। ईओ नगर पालिका को पार्किंग में लाइटिंग व पर्याप्त कूड़ेदान लगाने के निर्देश दिए। पार्किंग में जल भराव न हो इस हेतु पानी की निकासी के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम करने के निर्देश दिए। पार्किंग में दो पहिया व चार पहिया वाहनों के लिए अलग-अलग स्थान सुनिश्चित हो इस हेतु स्थान को रेखांकित करने को कहा। खाली जमीन पर पड़े पुराने व निष्प्रयोज्य सामग्री व वाहनों को हटाने के निर्देश ईओ को दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान एसडीएम देवेन्द्र सिंह नेगी,अधिशासी अभियंता यूजेवीएनएल अमन विष्ट,ईओ नगर पालिका सुशील कुरील आदि उपस्थित रहे।
