जन सहयोग एवं जन भागीदारी से उत्तराखण्ड को देश का अग्रणी राज्य बनाया जायेगा – CM धामी
देहरादून : सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने दून विश्व विद्यालय रोड स्थित निरंजन फार्म में उत्तराखण्ड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स महासंघ के एकादश अधिवेशन में प्रतिभाग किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस अधिवेशन में मंथन से जो अमृत निकलेगा, वह कार्य के प्रति सभी लोगों को प्रेरणा देगा और नई ऊर्जा का संचार करेगा। डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स महासंघ ने विभिन्न बिन्दुओं की जो मांग रखी है, उन मांगों का समाधान करने का हर संभव प्रयास किया जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन से वार्ता कर डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स महासंघ के पदाधिकारी सभी समस्याओं से अवगत करायें, जिन समस्याओं का जल्द निराकरण हो सकता है, किया जायेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की मांग के लिए राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों द्वारा बहुत संघर्ष किया गया। राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों के सपनों के अनुरूप प्रदेश के विकास के लिए हम सबको मिलकर प्रयास करने होंगे। उत्तराखण्ड एक युवा राज्य है। वर्ष 2025 में जब हम उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की रजत जयंती मनायेंगे, उस समय उत्तराखण्ड हर क्षेत्र में देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में होगा। उत्तराखण्ड को सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने की हमारे समक्ष चुनौती है। इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा हर प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। जन सहयोग एवं जन भागीदारी से उत्तराखण्ड को देश का अग्रणी राज्य बनाया जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना काल में सभी वर्गों के लोगों ने जन सेवा के लिए अपने आप को झौंकने का सराहनीय कार्य किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश का मुख्य सेवक होने के नाते उनका प्रयास है कि कर्मचारियों की हर समस्याओं का समाधान हो। प्रदेश की वित्तीय स्थिति एवं संसाधन किस दिशा में जा रहे हैं, इसका उत्तर हमें सबको मिलकर खोजना होगा। प्रदेश के समग्र विकास के लिए सभी वर्गों का विकास जरूरी है। सरकार का प्रयास है कि समाज के अंतिम पंक्ति पर खड़े लोगों तक सरकार की विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचे। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड की विकास यात्रा सबकी सामूहिक यात्रा है। उत्तराखण्ड के विकास के लिए सबको पूर्ण मनोयोग, ऊर्जा, लगन व निष्ठा से कार्य करना होगा।
विधायक विनोद चमोली ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स की प्रदेश में अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। उत्तराखण्ड युवा राज्य है, इस राज्य के तीव्र विकास के लिए आपकी भूमिका और अधिक बढ़ जाती है। सरकार नीतियां बना सकती है, प्रदेश को उन्नति के पथ पर लाने के लिए जन सहयोग बहुत जरूरी है। हम सबको अपनी जिम्मेदारी का ईमानदारी से निर्वहन करना होगा।
अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने उत्तराखण्ड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स महासंघ के पदाधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आप राज्य में विश्वकर्मा की भूमिका में हैं। उत्तराखण्ड पर्यटन प्रदेश है। उत्तराखण्ड में इन्फ्रास्टक्चर के विकास के लिए हमें मिलकर प्रयास करने होंगे। अपने फायदे के लिए सतत् प्रयास सबका अधिकार है, लेकिन राज्यहित हमारे लिए पहली प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। हमें राज्य की चुनौतियों पर चर्चा करनी होगी। प्रदेश एवं समाज की सरकार से काफी अपेक्षाएं होती हैं।
इस अवसर पर उत्तराखण्ड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स महासंघ के प्रान्तीय अध्यक्ष इं. हरीश चन्द्र नौटियाल, संरक्षक यू. एस. महर, महासचिव अजय बेलवाल एवं अन्य पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
