उत्तराखंड सरकार: अब एक क्लिक पर मिलेगी 75 सेवाएँ।

देहरादून : प्रधानमंत्री के मिनिमम गवर्मेंट मैक्सिमम गवर्नेंस की संकल्पना को मूर्तरूप प्रदान करता अपणि सरकार पोर्टल eservices.Uk.gov.in उत्तराखंड सरकार के अभिनव प्रयास का परिणाम हैं। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा अगले सप्ताह इसका शुभारम्भ किया जाएगा। प्रदेश में इस तरह की शुरुआत अपनेआप मे एक अनूठी पहल है इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड का आम नागरिक जाति प्रमाण पत्र , आय प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, सहित कुल 10 विभागों के 75 सेवाओं का लाभ घर बैठे उठा सकेगी ।
इन सेवाओं के निवेदन ,प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने आदि कार्यों में जनता की कठिनाइयों को यह पोर्टल निसंदेह न केवल सहज व सुगम बनाएगा अपितु अनावश्यक बाधाओं को समाप्त कर देगा तथा एक तय समयसीमा के अंदर उन्हें सभी सेवाओं का लाभ घर बैठे मिल सकेगा। अनेक विशेषताओं से सुसज्जित इस पोर्टल के निगरानी तंत्र के माध्यम से सभी कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों की जबाबदेही भी सुनिश्चित की जा सकेगी, जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप एक पारदर्शी व जबाबदेह व्यवस्था सुचारु रूप से चलती रहेगी।
इस पोर्टल के ज़रिए नागरिकों के आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ होते ही सक्षम पदाधिकारी के निगरानी में सभी प्रक्रिया संपन्न होगी। पटवारी से तहसीलदार , जिलाधिकारी से मुख्य सचिव , प्रमुख सचिव व मुख्यमंत्री तक इस मॉनिटरिंग तंत्र के हिस्सा है, जिससे यह स्पष्ट है की “अपणि सरकार पोर्टल” सुलभता के साथ उत्तराखंड सरकार को आपके द्वार लाने का ही नही अपितु जबाबदेह प्रशासन की नीति को भी मुकम्मल करेगी।
समय और पैसे की होगी बचत
अपणि सरकार पोर्टल के जरिए उत्तराखंड के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले नागरिक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर समयवध तरीके से प्रमाण पत्र हासिल कर सकेंगे। इससे संबंधित आवेदन कर्ता को तहसील और अन्य दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं काटने होंगे । जिससे संबंधित व्यक्ति का समय भी बचेगा और दफ्तर तक जाने के लिए खर्च होने वाले किराए की भी बचत होगी । पहले उम्मीदवारों को ऑफलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भरने या फिर मामूली गलती के लिए बार-बार दफ्तरों में जाना पड़ता था इस व्यवस्था से इन सब बातों का छुटकारा मिले सकेगा। इस पोर्टल के शुरू होने से आसानी से आम जनता योजनाओं और सेवाओं का लाभ ले सकेगी और साथ ही साथ डिजिटल सेवाओं को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा। जिससे की लोग इंटरनेट के प्रति अधिक जागरूक होंगे और वे अपना काम घर बैठे अपने लैपटॉप या मोबाइल से कर सकेंगे।
