चिंतन शिविर से जो अमृत निकलेगा वह देश के अग्रणी राज्य बनाने में मददगार होगा – मुख्यमंत्री धामी।
मसूरी : लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासनिक अकादमी में प्रदेश सरकार के तत्वाधान में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय सशक्त उत्तराखंड चिंतन शिविर का उदघाटन करने पहुंचे प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शिविर का उदघाटन करने के बाद हैलीपैड पर पत्रकारों से बातचीत में कहा कि तीन दिवसीय शिविर में उत्तरांखड के समग्र विकास के लिए नीति बनाई जायेगी व इस चिंतन शिविर से जो अमृत निकलेगा वह राज्य के विकास में अहम भूमिका निभायेगा।
हैलीपैड पर पत्रकारों से बातचीत में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि तीन दिन के इस चिंतन शिविर में राज्य की प्रगति, शासन, तत्रं को देहरादून से संचालित न होकर सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों से भी संचालित हो, उत्तराखंड के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों के लिए योजनाएं बने, एक कार्यशैली का निर्माण हो, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने जो वर्क कल्चर पूरे देश में स्थापित किया है वह यहां भी आये, वह कार्यशैली यहां भी आये कोई औपचारिक रूप से नहीं बल्कि मन से दिल से पूरे मनोयोग से कार्य करें इस लिए तीन दिवसीय चिंतन शिविर यहां आयोजित किया गया है। जिसमें अलग अलग सत्रों में अलग अलग विषय पर वार्ता होगी जिसमें उत्तराखंड का पलायन, आजीविका, सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र के विकास को लेकर हो, जीएसटीपी को बढाने, हाइडोे पावर बढाने, यहां के उद्यान बागवानी को बढाने, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा ही नहीं बल्कि हर क्षेत्र में विकास हो इसका मंथन किया जायेगा और इसमें जो अमृत निकलेगा वह अमृत उत्तराखंड हो देश के श्रेष्ठ राज्यों में शामिल करायेगा।
इस शिविर में उत्तराखंड राज्य को आगामी पांच से दस सालों में देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के लिए रोड मैप बनाया जायेगा। इसमें समस्त पहलुओंको ध्यान में रखा जायेगा, यहां की अर्थ व्यवस्था मजबूत हो, जीएसटीपी में ग्रोथ बढे, यहां के लोगों का जीवन स्तर उंचा उठे, अधिकारियों व नेताओं का दूर दराज के गांवों में प्रवास हो। विकास का माडल बने, पहले उत्तर प्रदेश में योजनाएं बनती थी लेकिन अब केवल देहरादून बेस न बने बल्कि सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र में बने, सबकी जबाव देही तय हो मूल्याकन, कार्य के आधार पर हो तथा चिंतन के साथ चिंता भी करनी होगी कि आगामी 2025 में उत्तराखंड देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बने। इसके लिए यह तय किया जायेगा कि किसने कितना अच्छा कार्य किया उसके परिणाम कैसे निकले इस पर मुख्य ध्यान रखा जायेगा। अलग अलग सेशन में निश्चित रूप से लक्ष्य निर्धारित होगे, दिशा तय होगी कि किस दिशा में जाना है ताकि लक्ष्यों को हासिल कर सकें। हैलीपैड पर जिलाधिकारी सोनिका सिंह व एडीएम केके मिश्रा, एसडीएम नरेश चंद्र दुर्गापाल ने मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत किया।
