मुख्य सचिव ने निर्माणाधीन भवन “उत्तराखण्ड निवास” की समीक्षा की, कार्यदायी संस्था को डिजाइन की कमियों और सौंदर्यीकरण कार्यों में सुधार लाने के दिए निर्देश।
दिल्ली/देहरादून : सोमवार को मुख्य सचिव डॉ.एस.एस.सन्धु ने नई दिल्ली स्थित निर्माणाधीन भवन “उत्तराखण्ड निवास” की समीक्षा की। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड निवास पूरे प्रदेश का प्रतिबिंभ और उत्तराखंडी संस्कृति का आईना होना चाहिए। उन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड निवास निर्माण की कार्यदायी संस्था उत्तराखण्ड पेयजल निगम को उत्तराखण्ड निवास में डिजाइन की कमियों और सौंदर्यीकरण कार्यों में सुधार लाने के निर्देश देते हुये कहा कि निर्माणाधीन भवन के उन्होंने निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता बनाए रखते हुए इसे निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूरा करना सुनिश्चित किया जाए। मुख्य सचिव द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड निवास के नक्शे का अवलोकन करते हुये भवन के सभी प्रावधानों की विस्तृत जानकारी ली। उन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड भवन में गाडियों की पार्किंग व्यवस्था की भी जानकारी लेते हुए पार्किंग एरिया को अधिक खुला और सुधार किये जाने के निर्देश दिये ।
इसके साथ ही, मुख्य सचिव द्वारा पीडब्लूडी के अधिकारियों से भी उत्तराखण्ड सदन में किये जाने वाले रेनोवेशन/नवीकरण एवं रखरखाव के कार्यो की विस्तृत जानकारी ली गई। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि भवन निर्माण में उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले ऐसे मैटेरियल को प्रयोग किया जाए, जिसे कम से कम मेंटेनेंस की आवश्यकता पड़े। उन्होंने भवन के एंट्रेंस और रिसेप्शन को बहुत खूबसूरती के साथ बनाया जाए। उन्होंने गुणवत्ता के लिए थर्ड पार्टी क्वालिटी चेक की व्यवस्था किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर स्थानिक आयुक्त डॉ0 वी0वी0आर0सी0 पुरूषोत्तम, अपर सचिव/राज्य सम्पत्ति अधिकाारी प्रताप सिंह शाह, पेयजल निगम अधिशासी अभियन्ता राकेश चन्द्र, मुख्य व्यवस्था अधिकारी रंजन मिश्रा एवं उत्तराखण्ड पेयजल निगम स्थानिक अभियन्ता अरविन्द सैनी, लोक निर्माण विभाग सहायक अभियन्ता प्रदीप कुमार, सहायक अभियन्ता गौरव वर्मा उपस्थित रहे।
