दो दिनों से खाई में गिरे व्यक्ति का SDRF ने किया सकुशल रेस्क्यू।

कोटद्वार : राज्य में मॉनसूनी बारिश थमने का नाम नही ले रही है। लगातार हो रही ये बारिश कई आपात परिस्थितियों की जनक है ,जिनमे से एक है सड़क हादसे। बरसात के मौसम में सड़क हादसों का खतरा सबसे ज़्यादा रहता है, क्योंकि सड़को पर ऑयल, कीचड़ ,पानी ,मलबा इत्यादी रहता है। इसके अतिरिक्त दरकते पहाड़ भी सड़क हादसों का बड़ा कारण है।इतना ही नही कई बार गड्ढों में बरसाती पानी भर जाता है और रात में यह नज़र नही आता ,जिसकी वजह से सड़क दुर्घटनाएं होती है। ऐसी ही एक घटना है कोटद्वार से, जहां तैनात एस. डी. आर. एफ टीम प्रभारी उप निरीक्षक सौकार सिंह को थाना कोटद्वार से सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि दुगड्डा के पास एक गाड़ी का एक्सीडेंट हो गया है । उक्त सूचना पर एस. डी.आर. एफ टीम त्वरित रेस्कयू हेतु घटनास्थल के लिए तुरंत रवाना हुई। घटनास्थल पर जाकर ये ज्ञात हुआ कि सड़क किनारे एक स्कूटी खड़ी है और स्कूटी सवार नीचे खाई में गिर गया है । टीम द्वारा 80 मीटर गहरी खाई से कड़ी मशकत के उपरांत घायल स्कूटी सवार को स्ट्रेचर की मदद से ऊपर लाया गया। स्कूटी सवार द्वारा बताया गया कि वह 20 जुलाई को दोपहर में स्कूटी सड़क किनारे खड़ी कर, लघु शंका हेतु गया था,जहां उसका पैर फिसल गया और वो खाई में गिर गया।उसके द्वारा लगातार आवाज़ दी गयी परंतु किसी ने उसकी अवाज़ नहीँ सुनी। सर और पैर पर चोट के कारण वह स्वयं भी बाहर न निकल नही पाया।लगभग दो दिनों तक भूखे प्यासे बारिश में वह गुहार लगता रहा परंतु कोई मदद न मिल पाई। जीवन की कोई आस नज़र नही आ रही थी कि , SDRF टीम संकटमोचक बनकर आयी।टीम द्वारा न सिर्फ सकुशल रेस्क्यू किया गया बल्कि उचित प्राथमिक उपचार भी दिया गया। बाद प्राथमिक उपचार के घायल को 108 के माध्यम से अस्पताल भेजा गया। स्कूटी सवार की पहचान उपेंद्र त्यागी उम्र 29 पुत्र जितेंद्र त्यागी ,गाज़ियाबाद के रूप में हुई है।बताया गया कि वह कोटद्वार किसी निजी कार्य से आया था और हादसे का शिकार हो गया। SDRF टीम में उपनिरीक्षक सौकार सिंह, आरक्षी मनीष रौतेला, विनीत देवरानी,लक्ष्मण रावत,अनिल चौहान , आशीष रावत, पैरामेडिक अमृत रावत व उपनल चालक देवेंद्र सिंह शामिल थे।
