देहरादून : सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारियों की बैठक में सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने आदेश दिए की दिनांक 23 सितंबर से उपनल वेबसाइट पर केवल उत्तराखंड के प्रवासी प्रमाण पत्र धारकों का रजिस्ट्रेशन मान्य होगा। कुछ समय से अनियमितताओं की खबरें मंत्री के संज्ञान में आ रही थी, इसके मद्देनजर सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को यह निर्देश दिए।
मंत्री ने इन आदेशों को तत्काल रूप से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए और कहा की इस विषय में कोई हीलाहवाली बर्दाश्त नहीं होगी। इस बैठक में उप निदेशक सैनिक कल्याण कर्नल रावत, जिला सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारी कर्नल बिष्ट तथा उप महाप्रबंधक, उपनल, मेजर रौतेला उपस्थित रहे।
