नैनीताल – DM गर्ब्याल ने मौसम को देखते हुए जनपदवासियों से की अपील, शिक्षाधिकारी को दिये निर्देश।

हल्द्वानी : भारत मौसम विभाग द्वारा प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार जनपद नैनीताल में भारी वर्षा होने,गर्जन के साथ ओलावृष्टि तथा आकाशीय बिजली चमकने तथा ऊॅचाई वाले स्थानों पर हिमपात की सम्भावना व्यक्त की है। मौसम विभाग के हाई अलर्ट को देखते हुए जिलाधिकारी धीराज सिंह गर्ब्याल ने जनपदवासियों से अपील की है कि वे इस कड़-कड़ाती सर्दी में घरों से बाहर, यदि आवश्यक हो, तभी निकलें। उन्होेने नगर निगम, नगर पालिका परिषदों के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे गरीब एंव निराश्रित लोगों के लिए अलाव की व्यवस्था कराये साथ ही ऐसे लोगों को सर्दी से बचाने के लिए कम्बल, रजाई वितरण कार्य भी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में करें। उन्होंने मौसम विभाग द्वारा जारी हाई अलर्ट के तहत आज व कल 4 फरवरी को भारी वर्षा व बर्फवारी के मद्देनजर लोगो से अनुरोध किया है कि वे सर्दी से बचने के लिए अलाव के साथ ही अन्य गर्मी लाने वाले उपकरणों का प्रयोग कर अपने आप को बचायंे तथा लोगों को जागरूक करें कि वे सर्दी के इस मौसम में बाहर न निकले तथा अधिकाधिक गरम कपडों का प्रयोग करें। उन्हांेने ठंडी से बचाव के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाये जाने के निर्देश जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को दिये। उन्होने जनपद में आवश्यक खाद्य वस्तुओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश सम्बन्धित विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये है। उन्होने बताया कि हिमपात व अतिवृष्टि से सम्भावित क्षेत्र एंव मार्ग बाधित होने, संवेदनशील ग्रामों एंव अन्य क्षेत्रों में होने वाली घटनाओं से निपटने हेतु सभी अधिकारियों को हाई अलर्ट पर रहने तथा क्षेत्र में तैनात कार्मिकों तथा संसाधनों को भी अलर्ट मोड में रखे जाने के निर्देश दियें है। उन्हांेने कहा कि पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में जेसीबी मशीनें व अन्य उपकरण/सामग्री तैनात कर दी जाये और आपदा सम्बन्धी सूचना एंव कृत कार्यवाही से जिला आपातकालीन परिचालन केन्द्र 05942-231178, 231179 तथा टोल फ्री नम्बर 1077 पर आवश्यक रूप से सूचित करें।
जनपद में हो रही अनवरत वर्षा एंव फर्बवारी को देखते हुए जिलाधिकारी धीराज सिंह गर्ब्याल ने कक्षा 01 से कक्षा 12 तक के शासकीय एंव अशासकीय विद्यालयों को 04 फरवरी को बन्द रखने के निर्देश मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी को दिये।
