मसूरी – IDH में रह रहे मजदूरों ने आवास खाली कराने की सूचना पर किया प्रदर्शन।
मसूरी : नगर पालिका परिषद के आईडीएच में भारत सरकार की योजना जेएनएनयूआरएम के तहत चिन्हित मजदूरों के लिए 96 अवास बनाये जाने थे लेकिन 40 आवास ही बनाये गये व उनमें उन लोगों को आवंटित किए गये जो सूचीबद्ध थे लेकिन अब पालिका उन्हें साजिश के तहत खाली करवाना चाहती है जिसका मजदूर संघ ने कड़ा विरोध किया है व पालिका प्रांगण में प्रदर्शन कर पालिकाघ्यक्ष व अधिशासी अधिकारी को ज्ञापन दिया व मंाग की कि पालिका इस गैर कानूनी कार्य करने से बचे।
नगर पालिका परिषद प्रांगण में मजदूर संघ के सचिव गंभीर पंवार व पूर्व सभासद केदार चौहान के नेतृत्व में जेएनएनयूआरएम आवासीय योजना के तहत चिन्हित मजदूरों ने प्रदर्शन किया व ज्ञापन देकर मांग की कि यहां पर 2005 से रह रहे सूचीबद्ध मजदूरों को हटाने का गैर कानूनी कार्य न किया जाय ताकि शहर का माहौल खराब न हो।
इस संबंध में पूर्व सभासद केदार चौहान ने बताया कि जेएनएनयूआरएम आवासीय योजना के तहत उत्तर प्रदेश निर्माण निगम ने 96 आवास बनाने थे व जिन मजदूरों को आवास आवंटित किए जाने थे बाकायदा उनकी जांच पड़ताल भारत सरकार व नगर पालिका ने की व 96 परिवारों की सूची बनाई गई। लेकिन बाद में केवल 40 ही आवास बन सके व उसमें 2005 से सूचीबद्ध परिवार रहने लगे। लेकिन अब साजिश के तहत उन्हें आवास खाली करने को कहा जा रहा है ताकि वहां पर सिफन कोर्ट के बेघरों को बसाया जाय। उनका कहना है कि हमारा विरोध यह नहीं है कि उनको न बसाया जाय बल्कि यह है कि उनकों भी सरकार योजना के तहत बसाये लेकिन जो बसे है उन्हें न हटाया जाय। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि सिफन कोर्ट के बेघरों के लिए नगर पालिका ने भूमि आवंटित कर रखी है वहीं अब माता मंगला के द्वारा उनके लिए आवास बनाये जाने हैं लेकिन पालिका प्रशासन अब उनको आईडीएच में बसाने का प्रयास कर रहा है व जो लोग वहां रह रहे हैं उन्हें खाली करने का दबाव बनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि जेएनएनयूआरएम योजना के तहत बसाये गये मजदूरों को खाली करने को कहा गया तो वह इसका कड़ा विरोध करने के साथ ही उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा भी खटखटायेंगे।
इस संबंध में मजदूर संघ मंत्री गंभीर पंवार ने भी पालिका प्रशासन को पत्र प्रेषित किया है व इस साजिश का कड़ा विरोध किया है साथ ही कहा कि अगर ऐसा करने का प्रयास किया गया तो मजदूर संघ आंदोलन को बाध्य होगा।
इस संबंध में पालिकाध्यक्ष अनुज गुप्ता ने कहा कि जो परिवार आईडीएच में पूर्व से रह रहे हैं उन्हें किसी भी कीमत पर नहीं हटाया जायेगा न ही पालिका की ओर से ऐसा कोई प्रस्ताव तैयार किया गया है, न ही इसमें कोई सत्यता है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो परिवार वहां पर रह रहे हैं वहीं रहेंगे।
इस मौके पर रणजीत सिंह, बीरबल सिहं नेगी, आषाड सिहं, नरेश चंद्र पयाल, विक्रम सिंह जयमल पंवार, कमल भंडारी, बसंती देवी, मकानी देवी, राजेश्वरी देवी, अतर सिंह, नवीन उनियाल, प्रमोद राणा, कैलाश, रमेश, हरदेव सिंह, शैला देवी सौकार सिंह धीरज सिहं भंडारी, अनिल पंवार आदि मौजूद रहे।
