मसूरी – सीजन शुरू होते ही फुटपाथ पर बाहरी व्यक्ति बेच रहे सामान, दुकानदार परेशान।
मसूरी : कोरोना काल के दौरान पहाड़ों की रानी ने बड़ी आर्थिक तंगी झेली है तथा व्यवसायियों को बड़ा नुकसान हुआ है। लेकिन अब कोरोना काल के बाद पहला सीजन शुरू होते ही बाहर के व्यक्तियों द्वारा फुटपाथ पर कुछ लोगों ने पटरी पर सूट, शाल व पर्स बेचना शुरू कर दिया है। जिससे दुकानदारों को बड़ा नुकसान सहना पड़ रहा है। करोना काल के बाद सीजन की शुरूआत होते ही दुकानों के सामने ही बाहर के व्यक्ति आने से दुकानदारों को इसका खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ रहा है जबकि ये व्यवसायी सरकार को टैक्स देने के साथ ही बिजली पानी, किराया सहित लाइसेंस आदि का शुल्क अदा करते है ऐसे में कश्मीरी बिना किसी देनदारी के पटरी लगा कर सामान बेचने लगते हैं जिससे दुकानदारों को परेशानी हो रही है। माल रोड लाइब्रेरी के दुकानदार राजेश गोयल ने बताया कि कोरोना में दुकानदारों से बहुत नुकसान सहा है और अब जब सीजन चलना शुरू हुआ है तो बाहरी व्यापारी पटरी पर सामान बेचने के लिए आ गये जिससे दुकानदारों में भारी आक्रोश है। आश्चर्य की बात है कि बाहर से आने वाले फुटपाथ पर स्थायी दुकानों के सामने ही अपना माल बेच कर चले जाते हैं। व दुकानदार सुबह से शाम तक अपने हाथ पर हाथ रखकर बैठे रहते हैं। लेकिन प्रशासन कुछ करने को तैयार नही है। साथ ही मसूरी व्यापार मंडल भी इन पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रहा है सभी मौन साधे है।
इस संबंध में व्यापार मंडल के अध्यक्ष रजत अग्रवाल कहा कि उनके द्वारा नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष व प्रसाशन को इस संबंध में लिखित पत्र दिया गया है। वहीं कहा कि जब विगत दिनों एसएसपी की बैठक थी तो उसमें भी यह मामला आया था जिसमें एसएसपी ने कोतवाल को सख्त निर्देश दिए थे कि पटरी पर बाहरी व्यक्ति कोई सामान न बेचे अगर बेचता है तो उसे तत्काल यहां से वापस किया जाय लेकिन पुलिस ने भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। न ही प्रशासन की ओर से कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इसका पूरा दायित्व नगर पालिका का है उन्हें इनको हटाना चाहिए।
