मसूरी – माल रोड को जोड़ने वाले संपर्क मार्गों पर बैरियर लगाने के विरोध में मंत्री जोशी को दिया ज्ञापन।
मसूरी : मसूरी ट्रेडर्स एंड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन ने मसूरी के विधायक व प्रदेश के कबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी से भेंट कर मालरोड पर विभिन्न स्थानों पर एसपी यातायात व एमडीडीए द्वारा लगाये जा रहे बैरियर का विरोध किया है। वहीं मसूरी के नागरिकों और व्यापारियों का पुलिस द्वारा उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है। मांग की कि इस समस्या का समाधान तत्काल प्रभाव से करें ताकि जनता राहत महसूस कर सके।
मसूरी ट्रेडर्स एंड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष रजत अग्रवाल के नेतृत्व में व्यापारियों ने प्रदेश के कबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी से मुलाकात की व ज्ञापन दिया। जिसमें कहा गया कि मसूरी मॉल रोड नगर पालिका के अधीन है और हाल ही में उत्तराखंड ट्रैफिक पुलिस और मसूरी देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा बिना किसी अनुमति के जगह जगह संपर्क मार्गों पर बैरियर लगाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। नगर पालिका की बोर्ड में कोई ऐसा प्रस्ताव पारित नहीं है जिसमे इस तरह के बैरियर जो जनता के आवागमन में अविरुद्ध पैदा करें, इसके बावजूद ये बैरियर लगाये जा रहें हैं। ये बैरियर दुग्गल विला रोड, कसमंडा होटल रोड़, किताबघर चर्च रोड, पद्मिनी निवास रोड, गन हिल रोड, हैंपटन कोर्ट रोड, तार गली, नाज़ गली, चीक चॉक्लेट के सामने, बाटा स्लोप के पास, न्यू मार्किट में, ग्रीन रेस्टोरेंट के पास, पिक्चर पैलेस के पास, शगुन वेडिंग हॉल रोड, बराहकेंची रोड़ आदि पर लगाये जाने प्रस्तावित हैं। अगर प्रशासन ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को सुचारु करना चाहता है तो पहले वो ट्रैफिक पुलिस की नियुक्ति मसूरी में करें, फिर नगर पालिका द्वारा बोर्ड बैठक में बैरियर को लगाने का प्रस्ताव पारित होना चाहिये, और इस सम्बंध में मुख्य अखबारों में जनता से सुझाव मांगने और शिकायत का नोटिस आना चाहिए, उसके बाद जनता से सुनवाई होनी चाहिए और फिर सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठकर मसूरी की बेहतरी के लिए प्लान बनाना चाहिए। मांग की गई कि जल्द से जल्द बैरियर को लगाने हेतु असंवैधानिक निर्णय को तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगा दी जाए। वहीं कहा गया कि एकाएक ट्रैफिक रोककर और किंक्रेग स्थित पार्किंग को चलाने की मंशा से पुलिस द्वारा समस्त पर्यटकों की गाड़ियों को रोक दिया गया जिससे मसूरी की अर्थ व्यवस्था को काफी नुक्सान पहुंचा है। इस घटना से उत्तराखंड की पर्यटन नीति पर भी असर प़डा है। मसूरी के व्यापारी खाली बैठे रहे और अधिकाँश होटल और होम स्टे खाली रहे और मायूस रहे, ये पुलिस द्वारा उत्पीड़न है मसूरी की जनता पर और पर्यटकों को परेशान करने की मंशा साफ़ है। पुलिस द्वारा ये कदम पर्यटन को कम करने की दिशा में है। पुलिस अपने नियम आम जनता पर थोपना चाहती है जिसका हम पुरजोर विरोध करते हैं। पुलिस द्वारा लागू की गयी वन वे व्यवस्था से भी पर्यटन अस्त व्यस्त हुआ है। भविष्य में अगर ऐसा होता है तो उग्र आंदोलन पुलिस के खिलाफ किया जायेगा। वहीं एक जनवरी को पुलिस का व्यवहार रहस्मय रहा जब कुछ वीआईपी लोगों को बचाने में पुलिस ने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी और जब एक दिल्ली के व्यापारी के दस गाड़ियों के काफिले ने मसूरी में आतंक मचाया, हथियार लहराये और मार पीट की तो मसूरी पुलिस इन्ही रसूकदारों को बचाती नज़र आयी जिससे जनता में बहुत रोष है और नाराज़गी है। मंत्री से मांग की गई कि सभी मामलों को गंभीरता से लेकर न्याय दिलाने का प्रयास करें। इस मौके पर एसोसिएशन के महामंत्री जगजीत कुकरेजा, कोषाध्यक्ष नागेंद्र उनियाल मौजूद रहे।
कुलड़ी क्षेत्र के निवासियों ने एक तहरीर कोतवाली में दी है जिसमें कहा गया है कि कुछ अज्ञात लोगों ने उनके आने जाने वाले मार्ग पर लवली आमलेट दुकान के सामने रात को बैरिकेट लगा दिए है, जिससे इस क्षेत्र में रहने वाले निवासियों को भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं समस्या पैदा हो गई है कि अगर किसी का स्वास्थ्य खराब हो जाये तो अस्पताल तक कैसे पहुंचा जा सकेगा। वहीं इस मार्ग से बार बार आना जाना रहता है। मांग की कि अज्ञात के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाय व बैरियर तत्काल हटवाया जाय। तहरीर पर रजत अग्रवाल, सभासद गीता कुमाई, सहित बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय निवासियों के हस्ताक्षर हैं।
