नैनीताल : शासन से प्राप्त निर्देशों के क्रम में सचिव जिला विकास प्राधिकरण पंकज उपाध्याय ने बताया कि वर्ष 2016 से पूर्व नैनीताल जिले में स्थित नैनीताल झील परिक्षेत्र विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण नैनीताल एवं विनियमित क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर नये सम्मिलित क्षेत्रों में मानचित्र स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया अग्रिम आदेशों तक स्थगित की गयी है।
उन्होंने विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि जनपद नैनीताल में वर्ष 2016 में विद्यमान रहे नैनीताल झील परिक्षेत्र विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण नैनीताल, हल्द्वानी विनियमित क्षेत्र एवं रामनगर विनियमित क्षेत्र की सीमा में अग्रिम आदेशों तक मानचित्र स्वीकृति पूर्व की भाँती की जायेगी। शेष क्षेत्र में कार्यवाही स्थगित रहेगी। सचिव जिला विकास प्राधिकरण उपाध्याय ने नैनीताल झील परिक्षेत्र विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण नैनीताल के पूर्व की भाँती सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र, हल्द्वानी विनियमित क्षेत्र एवं रामनगर विनियमित क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित ग्रामों की सूची के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि कैन्टोमेंट क्षेत्र, नाविक, सैनिक, वायु सेना एवं वन विभाग के किसी अधिकारी के प्रयोजनार्थ भूमि को छोड़ते हुए नैनीताल, भवाली, भीमताल के नगरीय क्षेत्र तथा इन नगरों एवं नौकुचियाताल, सातताल, खुर्पाताल के जोड़ने वाले वाहनीय मार्ग के दोनो ओर 220 मीटर के अन्तर्गत आने वाले सम्पूर्ण राजस्व ग्रामों की सीमा को सम्मिलित किया गया है, साथ ही सिलौटी पाण्डे, थपलियागांव, ढुगसिल रावत, ढुगसिल मल्ला, सागुडीगांव, सोनगांव, कुरपागांव भी सम्मिलित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि गागर से लेकर मुक्तेश्वर मार्ग तक मुख्य मोटर मार्ग के दोनो ओर 220 मीटर क्षेत्र को नैनीताल झील परिक्षेत्र विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण नैनीताल में सम्मिलित किया गया है।
उन्होंने विनियमित क्षेत्रों के बारे में और अधिक विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि हल्द्वानी-काठगोदाम नगर निगम सीमा के भीतर पड़ने वाले सभी क्षेत्रों के साथ ही तहसील हल्द्वानी के हीरागढ़ दलीप सिंह, व्यूरा खाम, व्यूरा बन्दोबस्ती, दमुवाढुंगा बन्दोबस्ती, दमुवाढुंगा खाम, बमौरी मल्ली, बमौरी तल्ली बन्दोबस्ती, बमौरी तल्ली खाम, बिठौरिया नं.1, हरीपुर गांगू, हरीपुर शील, बिठौरिया नं.2, लोहरियासाल मल्ला, लोहरियासाल तल्ला, चीनुपर, हरिनगर, कुसुमखेड़ा, मुखानी, छड़ायल नायक, छड़ायल सुयाल, छड़ायल नयावाद, जयदेवपुर, हरिपुर नायक, देवचैड़ खाम, जीतपुर नेगी, मानपुर पश्चिम, मानपुर पूर्व, मानपुर उत्तर, हरिपुर सूखा, हल्द्वानी तल्ली, गौजाजाली उत्तर, गौजाजाली बिचली, भगवानपुर जयसिंह, हिम्मतपुर मल्ला, भगवानपुर विचला, भगवानपुर तल्ला, हिम्मतपुर तल्ला, कमलुवागाँजा नरसिंह मल्ला, कमलुवागाँजा नरसिंह तल्ला, प्रेमपुर लोश्यानी, जौलसाल उर्फ करायल, करायल चतुर सिंह, देवलचैड़ बन्दोबस्ती, बेड़ा पोखरा, धौडाखेड़ा, अर्जुनपुर, हरिपुर तुलाराम, हरिपुर पूर्णानन्द, गौजाजाली दक्षिण, खेड़ा, नवाड़ खेड़ा, देवल तल्ला, देवल मल्ला, देवल तल्ला पेजाया, कुँवरपुर ग्राम की सीमा के अन्तर्गत पड़ने वाले क्षेत्र विनियमित क्षेत्रों में शामिल हैं।
उन्होंने विनियमित क्षेत्र रामनगर के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि नगर पालिका परिषद रामनगर क्षेत्र के साथ ही तहसील रामनगर के ग्राम गौजनी (काया नाई), चोरपानी, बेराजहार, लोटवा, गोरखपुर, करनपुर, धरमपुर ढ़ाकहोला, भवानीपुर, नयागांव चैहान, लक्ष्मीपुर वानिया, टॉडा मल्लू, नन्दपुर, चिलकिया, तेलीपुरा, चैनपुर, गोबरा, जासा गंज, मगलर, भगुवा बंगर, जोगीपुरा, पछारों, शंकरलाल बचुवापुर, शंकरलाल खजांची, शिवलालपुर पाडी, शिवलालपुर रिउरिया ग्रामों की सीमा के अन्तर्गत पड़ने वाले क्षेत्र विनियमित क्षेत्र में शामिल हैं।
