मुख्यमंत्री धामी की बड़ी कार्यवाही, आबकारी निरीक्षक सहित आबकारी विभाग के नौ कार्मिकों को किया गया निलम्बित।

देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर हरिद्वार के पथरी क्षेत्र में शराब के सेवन से कुछ व्यक्तियों की मृत्यु पर आबकारी निरीक्षक सहित आबकारी विभाग के नौ कार्मिकों को निलम्बित किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा है कि इस घटना में दोषी पाए जाने वालों पर सख्त कार्यवाही की जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने आबकारी विभाग को निर्देश दिये कि ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो। इसमें जो भी दोषी या लापरवाह पाया जाए उस पर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर आबकारी आयुक्त हरि चंद्र सेमवाल ने आबकारी विभाग के नौ कार्मिकों को निलम्बित करने का आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
आदेश मे कहा गया है कि दिनांक 09.09.2022 को जनपद हरिद्वार के क्षेत्र-3 लक्सर के अन्तर्गत ग्राम फूलगढ़ एवं शिवगढ़ थाना-पथरी में मंदिरा के सेवन से हुई जनहानि होना ज्ञात हुआ। इस सम्बन्ध में अपर आबकारी आयुक्त (ई०आई०बी०) मुख्यालय की प्राथमिक आख्या दिनांक 10.09.2022 में मृत व्यक्तियों द्वारा शराब सेवन की पुष्टि की गयी। उपरोक्त आख्या में क्षेत्र 3 लक्सर हरिद्वार एवं जनपदीय प्रवर्तन, हरिद्वार के स्टॉफ की लापरवाही एवं गम्भीर शिथिलता परिलक्षित हुई है। तदकम में क्षेत्र-3 लक्सर हरिद्वार एवं जनपदीय प्रवर्तन हरिद्वार में तैनात आबकारी निरीक्षक, उप आबकारी निरीक्षक, प्रधान आबकारी सिपाही एवं आबकारी सिपाहियों को उत्तराखण्ड कर्मचारी आचरण नियमावली-2002 के नियम-3 का व 2 में दिये गये प्राविधानों का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन का दोषी पाते हुए नौ कार्मिकों को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलम्बित करते हुए संयुक्त आबकारी गढ़वाल मण्डल, देहरादून के कार्यालय से सम्बद्ध किया गया है ।
