जोशीमठ में प्रभावितों ने सीएम धामी को बताया हाल, प्रभावितों के साथ सीएम भी हुए भावुक, हर सम्भव मदद का भरोसा दिलाया।
चमोली : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को जोशीमठ पहुंचकर शहर के भूधसाव क्षेत्रों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने प्रभावित संकटग्रस्त परिवारों को हर संभव मदद का भरोसा दिलाया। प्रभावित लोगों ने सीएम से अपनी बात साझा की। प्रभावितों के साथ सीएम भी भावुक हुए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आपदा की इस घडी में सरकार पूरी तरह से प्रभावित लोगों के साथ खडी है। जोशीमठ का धार्मिक, आध्यात्मिक एवं सांस्कृतिक महत्व है और हम सबकी आस्था व पर्यटन का केन्द्र है। इस समय हम सबके सामने इस सबसे पुराने ज्योतिर्मठ को प्राकृतिक आपदा से बचाने की बडी चुनौती है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि संकट की इस स्थिति में जानमाल की सुरक्षा हमारी सबसे पहली प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भुधंसाव से प्रभावित संकटग्रस्त परिवारों के पुनर्वास की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था की जा रही है। भूधंसाव रोकने के लिये तात्कालिक तथा दीर्घकालीक कार्य योजना पर गंभीरता से कार्य किया जा रहा है। खतरे की जद में आए पूरे शहर में सुरक्षात्मक कार्य कराए जाएंगे। जिसके लिए विस्तृत प्लान तैयार किया जा रहा है। शहर की सुरक्षा के लिए सीवर एवं ड्रेनेज जैसे कार्य को जल्द से जल्द ही कराया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लोगों की सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत इस समय तत्कालिक रूप से जो कार्य हो सकते उन पर फोकस किया जा रहा है। समय पर लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुचाना जरूरी है।
आईटीबीपी अतिथि गृह में जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारियों एवं स्थानीय गणमान्य नागरिकों के साथ जोशीमठ की मौजूदा स्थिति को लेकर गहनता से विचार विमर्श किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस प्राकृतिक आपदा से जोशीमठ शहर को बचाना हम सबके सामने बडी चुनौती है। संकट की इस घडी में आरोप प्रत्यारोप से हटकर एक साथ मिलकर कार्य करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया राहत शिविरों में रहने की समुचित व्यवस्था की जाए। राहत शिविरों में चिकित्सा उपचार की भी सभी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि जोशीमठ में सेक्टर और जोनल वार योजना तैयार करें। डेंजर जोन को तत्काल खाली करवाया जाए। स्थाई पुनर्वास के लिए सुरक्षित जगह तलाशी जाए। सहायता शिविरों में सभी जरूरी सुविधाएं हों। सभी विभाग टीम भावना से काम करे तभी हम लोगों की बेहतर ढंग से मदद करने में सफल होंगे।
जिलाधिकारी हिमांशु खुराना ने जोशीमठ में संचालित राहत कार्यो के बारे में अवगत कराते हुए बताया कि सभी वार्डों में सर्वेक्षण कार्यो को पूरा करने, प्रभावित परिवारों को वैकल्पिक शेल्टर भवनों में शिफ्ट करने और प्रभावित लोगों के लिए अन्य समस्त व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। इसके सभी सेक्टर अधिकारियों की तैनाती भी गई है। प्रभावित परिवारों को ड्राइ राशन किट व कुक्ड फूड पैकेट उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे है। जिन परिवारों को तत्कालिक रूप से शिफ्ट करने की आवश्यकता है उनको सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शिफ्ट किया जा रहा।
इस दौरान बद्रीनाथ विधायक राजेन्द्र भंडारी, कर्णप्रयाग विधायक अनिल नौटियाल, थराली विधायक भूपाल राम टम्टा, भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष रमेश मैखुरी, सहकारिता के अध्यक्ष गजेंद्र रावत, अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों सहित गढवाल आयुक्त सतीश कुमार, जिलाधिकारी हिमांशु खुराना, सीडीओ डा.ललित नारायण मिश्र, एडीएम डा.अभिषेक त्रिपाठी, संयुक्त मजिस्ट्रेट डा.दीपक सैनी, एसडीएम कुमकुम जोशी एवं विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
