CM धामी ने की महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं, जाने।

देहरादून : आज विधानसभा सदन में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अनेक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं कीं।
ग्राम्य विकास विभाग :-
राज्य में प्रत्येक विधानसभा सदस्य को दी जाने वाली विधायक निधि में वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 हेतु की गई रू0 1.00 करोड़ (एक करोड़ मात्र) की कटौती को निर्गत किया जायेगा।
उच्च शिक्षा विभाग :-
गवर्नमेण्ट डिग्री कॉलेजों के छात्रों को टैबलेट उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा। इससे लगभग 1 लाख छात्र छात्राएं लाभान्वित होंगे। इसका कुल व्यय भार 100 करोङ रूपए है।
सैनिक कल्याण विभाग/ शहरी विकास विभाग :-
राज्य स्थित कैण्ट बोर्ड में निवास करने वाले भूतपूर्व सैनिकों का भवनकर माफ करने हेतु यथोचित कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
राजस्व विभाग :-
राज्य में कृषि एवं सम्बद्ध क्षेत्रों के विकास, पलायन की रोकथाम एवं स्वरोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने हेतु भू-विधियों का अध्ययन कर आवश्यक सुझाव देने हेतु पूर्व मुख्य सचिव / अध्यक्ष, उत्तराखण्ड राजस्व परिषद् सुभाष कुमार की अध्यक्षता में समिति का गठन कर दिया गया है।
पुलिस विभाग :-
कॉन्सटेबल, हेड कॉन्सटेबल, सब-इन्सपेक्टर एवं इन्सपेक्टर को कोविड-19 में उनके द्वारा किये जा रहे सराहनीय कार्यों एवं सेवाओं हेतु रू० 10,000 की एकमुश्त प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जायेगी।
राजस्व विभाग :-
पटवारी / लेखपाल, राजस्व निरीक्षक एवं नायब तहसीलदार को कोविड-19 में उनके द्वारा किये जा रहे सराहनीय कार्यों एवं सेवाओं हेतु रू0 10,000 की एकमुश्त प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जायेगी।
ग्राम्य विकास :-
ग्राम विकास अधिकारी, ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी और सहायक विकास अधिकारी को कोविड में उनके द्वारा किये जा रहे सराहनीय कार्यों एवं सेवाओं के लिये रूपए 10000 की एकमुश्त प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाएगी।
स्कूल शिक्षा :-
प्रदेश के सभी विद्यालयों में छात्राओं के लिए अलग से शौचालय की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। शिवानंद नौटियाल छात्रवृत्ति की राशि को 250 रूपये से बढाकर 1500 रूपये करने और साथ ही इसके लाभान्वितों की संख्या को 11 से बढाकर 100 करने की घोषणा की। श्रीदेव सुमन राज्य मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति की राशि को 150 रूपये से बढाकर 1000 रूपये करने की भी घोषणा की। 600 अतिरिक्त विद्यालयों में वर्चुअल क्लासेज की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। अटल उत्कृष्ट विद्यालयों सहित सभी शासकीय विद्यालयों में 1 से 14 सितम्बर 2021 तक प्रवेश पखवाडा एवं 15 सितम्बर 2021 को नवप्रवेशित बच्चों के लिए स्वागोत्सव मनाया जाएगा।
