भारी बारिश के अलर्ट के मद्देनजर CM पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने की आपदा प्रबंधन की समीक्षा, प्रदेश के सभी स्कूलों में सोमवार को अवकाश के दिए निर्देश।
देहरादून : प्रदेश में भारी बारिश के अलर्ट को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिवालय में सभी जिलाधिकारियों और आपदा प्रबंधन से जुङे विभागों और एजेंसियों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ प्रदेश की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारियों से उनकी तैयारियों, बारिश की स्थिति आदि के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश के सभी स्कूलों में 18 अक्टूबर को अवकाश रखने के निर्देश दिये। बहुत से जिलों में अवकाश कर भी दिया गया है। जिन जिलों में नहीं किया गया है, वे भी एहतियातन सोमवार को स्कूलों में अवकाश घोषित कर दें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस समय बङी संख्या में पर्यटक और तीर्थयात्री प्रदेश में आए हुए हैं। जरूरी होने पर उन्हें सुरक्षित स्थानों पर ठहराते हुए उनके रहने और भोजनादि की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसमें किसी तरह की लापरवाही न हो। पर्यटक और तीर्थयात्री यहाँ से अच्छा संदेश लेकर जाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य, जिलों और तहसील स्तरों पर कंट्रोल रूम 24 घंटे संचालित हों। जिलों से इन दो दिन, हर घंटे रिपोर्ट भेजी जाए। कोई घटना होने पर उसकी सूचना तुरंत दी जाए। रेस्पोंस टाईम कम से कम होना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नदियों के जलस्तर पर लगातार नजर रखी जाए। आईटीबीपी, सीडब्ल्यूसी, बीआरओ, एसडीआरएफ, राजस्व, पुलिस आदि आपसी समन्वय से काम करें। ट्रेकर्स के बारे में पूरी सूचना रखी जाए और उनसे सम्पर्क रखें। लैंडस्लाईड जोन पर विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। रास्ते बंद होने पर तुरंत खोलने की व्यवस्था हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाए कि भूस्खलन आदि स्थिति में लोग कहीं फंसे नहीं। वे सुरक्षित स्थानों पर ठहरें। आपदा बचाव और राहत संबंधी उपकरण सुचारू स्थिति में हों।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भारी बारिश के अलर्ट को देखते हुए पूरी सावधानी बरतनी है। यात्रियों और पर्यटकों से भी सावधानी रखने की अपील की जाए, परंतु किसी तरह के पैनिक की भी जरूरत नहीं है। जिलाधिकारी, एसएसपी स्वयं माॅनिटरिंग करें।
बैठक में सभी जिलाधिकारियों से पूरी जानकारी ली गयी। बताया गया कि सभी जगह स्थिति अभी सामान्य है। एहतियातन चारधाम यात्रियों को सुरक्षित रूकाया गया है। रूकने, खाने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था है।
बैठक में आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री डॉ. धनसिंह रावत, विधायक संजय गुप्ता, मुख्य सचिव डॉ एस एस संधु, प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु, सचिव एसए मुरूगेशन, आईजी वी मुरूगेशन, आईजी एसडीआरएफ पुष्पक ज्योति, एसीईओ आपदा प्रबंधन रिद्धिम अग्रवाल, सहित वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिग द्वारा सभी मंडलायुक्त, जिलाधिकारी, बीआरओ, आईएमडी, आईटीबीपी, सीडब्ल्यूसी, उत्तराखण्ड सब एरिया, सहित संबंधित विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
