गढ़वाल आयुक्त ने ऋषिकेश यात्रा बस टर्मिनल के निकट यात्रा प्रशासन संगठन कार्यालय सहित चारधाम यात्रा, श्री हेमकुंड जी यात्रा हेतु व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया।

ऋषिकेश : आयुक्त गढ़वाल रविनाथ रमन ने आज चारधाम यात्रा के मुख्य पड़ाव ऋषिकेश पहुंच कर ऋषिकेश चारधाम यात्रा बस टर्मिनल के निकट यात्रा प्रशासन संगठन के कार्यालय का औचक्क निरीक्षण किया। ब्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। परिवहन, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल, स्वच्छता ब्यवस्था यात्रा ब्यवस्थाओं को परखा, तीर्थयात्रियों से भी बातचीत की। यात्रियों से कोरोना गाईड लाईन का पालन कर समुचित पंजीकरण के पश्चात यात्रा शुरू करने की भी अपील की ताकि कोई परेशानी न हो। श्री बदरीनाथ धाम, श्री केदारनाथ धाम, श्री गंगोत्री, श्री यमुनोत्री धाम हेतु ई -पास के पंजीकरण में देवस्थानम बोर्ड की वेबसाइट में आ रही दिक्कतों को दूर किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए एनआईसी को साफ्टवेयर में सुधार हेतु कहा गया है। श्री हेमकुंड यात्रा पर जानेवाले संगतों को समुचित सहायता हेतु भी कहा गया।
उच्च न्यायालय एवं शासन द्वारा जारी एसओपी के क्रम में ई पास के सापेक्ष पूरे यात्री चारधाम दर्शन कर सके शासन स्तर पर इस पर त्वरित गति से समाधान चल रहा है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि श्री बदरीनाथ हेतु 1000( एक हजार) श्री केदारनाथ हेतु 800( आठ सौ) श्री गंगोत्री धाम हेतु 600( छ सौ) यमुनोत्री धाम हेतु 400( चार सौ) तीर्थयात्री देवस्थानम बोर्ड की वेबसाइट से ई पास बनाकर प्रतिदिन दर्शन हेतु पहुंच सकते हैं। उत्तराखंड से बाहर के प्रदेशों के तीर्थयात्रियों को देहरादून स्मार्ट सिटी पोर्टल में भी पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है।
इस दौरान यात्रा प्रशासन संगठन के विशेष कार्याधिकारी ए.के. श्रीवास्तव ने हेल्प डेस्कों के विषय में जानकारी दी।
गढ़वाल आयुक्त ने यात्री सहायता डेस्क,ई पास संबंधित सहायता, फर्स्ट एड चिकित्सा- स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छ पेयजलापूर्ति, परिवहन संबंधित जानकारी, मौसम पूर्वानुमान, कोविड अवेयरनेस संबंधित हेल्प डेस्कों, पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा तीर्थ यात्रियों को सहायता मार्गदर्शन हेतु सक्रिय करने के निर्देश दिये।
यात्रा मार्ग पर जाम की समस्या के निराकरण हेतु सुझाव मांगे गये। पार्किंग हेतु चंद्रभागा नदी के खाली क्षेत्र के उपयोग हेतु संबंधित विभाग से शासन को प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराने को कहा गया। अपेक्षा की गयी कि चारधाम यात्रा के शुभारंभ के केंद्र योगनगरी ऋषिकेश में देश विदेश से चारधाम हेतु रवाना होनेवाले यात्रियों को समुचित सहायता उटपलब्ध हो सके।
इस दौरान अपर आयुक्त गढ़वाल नरेंद्र सिंह क्वीरियाल, नगर निगम आयुक्त गिरीश गुणवंत उपजिलाधिकारी, डा. अपूर्वा पांडेय, यात्रा प्रशासन संगठन के विशेष कार्याधिकारी ए.के. श्रीवास्तव, सीएमएस डा. विजयेश भारद्वाज, क्षेत्राधिकारी पुलिस डीसी ढोडियाल, थाना अध्यक्ष महेश जोशी, एआरटीओ अरविंद पाण्डेय, एआरटीओ ( ई) पंकज श्रीवास्तव जल संस्थान के अधिशासी अभियंता अनिल नेगी, पीडब्ल्यूडी अभियंता आरसी कैंतुरा, संयुक्त रोटेशन अध्यक्ष मनोज ध्यानी, परिवहन कंपनियों के पदाधिकारीगण, जन प्रतिनिधि तथा मीडिया प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
