उत्तरकाशी : आगामी चारधाम यात्रा तैयारियों/व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने यात्रा से जुड़े सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को जरूरी दिशा निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने यात्रा से पूर्व पैदल मार्ग को सुव्यवस्थित व सुरक्षित बनाने के निर्देश संबन्धित अधिकारियों को दिए। जानकीचट्टी से यमुनोत्री पैदल मार्ग पर घोड़ा खच्चर लीद की सफाई की परस्पर व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के साथ ही जिला पंचायत को हर पेच पर लीद सफाई हेतु स्पेशल सफाई कर्मी की नियुक्ति करने के निर्देश दिए। यात्रा पड़ाव पर बेजुबान पशुओं घोड़ा- खच्चरों के लिए सोलर वाटर पानी की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराने के निर्देश दिए। घोड़ा खच्चरों के व्यवस्थित संचालन को लेकर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के निर्देश जिला पंचायत को दिए। यात्रा मार्ग पर शौचालयों की साफ सफाई व्यवस्था कराने व जानकीचट्टी में जिला पंचायत के शौचालय की मरम्मत व सफाई करने के निर्देश दिए। यात्रा से पूर्व बिजली व पेयजल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यात्रा पड़ावों पर पीने के पानी की सुचारू आपूर्ति के साथ ही गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए नियमित निगरानी भी रखना सुनिश्चित करें। यात्रा पड़ाव पर महिला/पुरुष के उपयोगार्थ के लिए बनाए गए सुलभ शौचालयों की स्वच्छता बनाएं रखने व शौचालय की साफ सफाई नियमित रूप से 24×7 पर करने के सख्त निर्देश सुलभ व नगर निकाय को दिए। विद्युत विभाग को दोनों धाम परिसर एवं पैदल मार्गों पर स्ट्रीट लाइट आदि चालू हालात में रखने को कहा। बिजली आपूर्ति निर्वाध रूप से सुचारू रखने के निर्देश दिए।
साथ ही जिलाधिकारी ने जीवन रक्षक दवाई,ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर आदि की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता बनाए रखने के निर्देश मुख्यचिकित्साधिकारी को दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने सड़क मार्ग को लेकर एनएच, बीआरओ व लोक निर्माण विभाग को गड्ढे मुक्त सड़क बनाने के निर्देश दिए। यमुनोत्री राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के धरासू- सिल्क्यारा व बड़कोट-जानकी चट्टी सड़क मार्ग के भूस्खलन जोन पर जेसीबी आदि पर्याप्त संसाधन मौजूद रखने के निर्देश दिए। दुर्घटना सम्भावित स्थलों पर क्रेश बेरियर,पैराफिट लगाने को कहा। शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने वाले वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ अभियान चलाकर चालान करने के निर्देश सहायक संभागीय अधिकारी एवं पुलिस को दिए।
वहीं गंगोत्री धाम की समीक्षा के दौरान स्नान घाटों में जरूरी अवश्य कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश अधिशासी अभियंता सिंचाई को दिए। उन्होंने अधिशासी अभियन्ता विद्युत व जल संस्थान को बिजली पानी आदि अवश्य सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था को सुचारू करने को कहा। नगर पंचायत को यात्रा के दौरान शौचालय की साफ सफाई की परस्पर व्यवस्था रखने के निर्देश दिए। गंगनानी में शौचालय की सफाई करने के निर्देश दिए। यात्रा के दौरान पर्यटन विभाग व सुलभ को यात्रा पड़ाव पर पर्याप्त अस्थायी शौचालय बनाने को कहा।
बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी तीर्थपाल सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी भटवाड़ी चतर सिंह चौहान, मुख्यचिकित्साधिकारी डा0 के0एस0 चौहान, उप निदेशक गंगोत्री नेशनल पार्क रंगनाथ पाण्डे, बीआरओ 14 बीसीसी ओसी लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल डीपी डोरा, मुख्य पशुचिकित्साधिकारी अधिकारी डा0 भरत दत्त ढौंडियाल, जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी देवेंद्र पटवाल, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी सन्तोष भट्ट, सहायक सम्भागीय परिवहन अधिकारी मुकेश सैनी, अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि भटवाड़ी आरवी तिवारी, जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी सन्तोष कुमार आदि उपस्थित रहे।
