जिलाधिकारी ने चारधाम यात्रा का किया स्थलिय निरीक्षण, अधिकारीयों को दिये जरूरी निर्देश।

उत्तरकाशी : जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने चारधाम यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर जायजा लिया। चारधाम यात्रा के सुगम व सुरक्षित संचालन को लेकर सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को जरूरी दिशा निर्देश दिए।
गुरुवार को जिलाधिकारी ने गंगोत्री राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, चिन्यालीसौड़ हवाई पट्टी, सीएचसी चिन्यालीसौड़ का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर जायजा लिया। धरासू बैंड के पास ऑलवेदर सड़क के अंर्तगत निर्माणाधीन सुरक्षा दीवाल के निर्माण कार्य को त्वरित गति के साथ पूर्ण करने व पहाड़ी से आये बोल्डर को हटाने के निर्देश बीआरओ को दिए। चारधाम यात्रा सुगम व सुरक्षित चलती रहे इस हेतु धरासू बैंड से चिन्यालीसौड़ तक सड़क मार्ग के गड्डे तत्काल ठीक करने के निर्देश दिए। इस हेतु एआरटीओ व तहसीलदार को मॉनिटरिंग करने के साथ फोटोग्राफ्स उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। चिन्यालीसौड़ के समीप बड़ेथी में ऑल वेदर की जद में आएं जिन भवनों का प्रतिकर वितरण किया जा चुका है। ऐसे भवनों को तत्काल तोड़ने को कहा। ताकि सड़क निर्माण के कार्यों में तेजी लायी जा सकें।
उसके उपरांत जिलाधिकारी ने चिन्यालीसौड़ हवाई पट्टी का भी निरीक्षण किया। पैसेंजर टर्मिनल बिल्डिंग में आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए। पानी,बिजली की यथा समय आपूर्ति सुचारू रखने को कहा। चारधाम यात्रा में आने वाले यात्रियों के रिकॉर्ड एवं सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम करने के निर्देश पुलिस को दिए। पैसेंजर टर्मिनल बिल्डिंग में स्वच्छता बनाए रखने को कहा।
जिलाधिकारी ने आर्च ब्रिज चिन्यालीसौड़ में सात दिन से धरने पर बैठे ग्रामीणों की समस्या सुनीं। ज्वलंत समस्याओं के निस्तारण करने का भरोसा दिया। उसके उपरांत ग्रामीणों ने अपना धरना समाप्त किया। ग्रामीणों द्वारा गैलाड़ी कोटी बैंड होते हुए अनोल तक सड़क मार्ग व कोटीगाड़ से जोगत किमी 8 तक सड़क मार्ग एवं खंड विकास अधिकारी कार्यालय से आर्च ब्रिज तक सड़क मार्ग बनाने की मांग की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त आर्च ब्रिज के पास शहीद पुष्प वाटिका बनाने व आर्च ब्रिज के ऊपर भारी वाहन एक साथ न चले इस हेतु सुरक्षा कर्मी की तैनाती करने की मांग की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त श्यामपुर गांव के ग्रामीणों द्वारा चिन्यालीसौड़ बाईपास आलबेदर सड़क मार्ग से पैदल मार्ग बनाने की मांग की। बड़ेथी के ग्रामीणों द्वारा पारम्परिक जल स्त्रोत के पास पार्किंग बनाने की मांग की।
आर्च ब्रिज से आगे किमी 2 पर झील का जलस्तर बढ़ने से सड़क का धसाव होने के कारण सड़क मार्ग बाधित न हो इस हेतु जिलाधिकारी ने सड़क के चौड़ीकरण के लिए अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि को प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।
उसके उपरांत जिलाधिकारी ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र चिन्यालीसौड़ का भी निरीक्षण किया। नव निर्मित कोविड अस्पताल में आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को देखा। कोविड अस्पताल के आगे का बरामदा सही कराने के निर्देश प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी को दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान एसडीएम डुंडा मीनाक्षी पटवाल,अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि मनोज दास,सहित क्षेत्रीय जनप्रतिनिधि रामसुंदर नौटियाल, मण्डल अध्यक्ष भाजपा विजय बड़ोनी व अन्य जनप्रतिनिधिगण उपस्थित रहे।
