सासंद टिहरी के निगरानी में हुई जिला विकास समन्वय की बैठक, अधिकारीयों को दिये जरूरी निर्देश।

उत्तरकाशी : जिला विकास समन्वय और निगरानी समिति(दिशा) की बैठक माननीय सांसद लोक सभा टिहरी गढ़वाल माला राज्यलक्ष्मी शाह की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई।
जिला सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में सांसद टिहरी गढ़वाल ने जनपद में संचालित समस्त केंद्रीय योजनाओं की गहनता से समीक्षा की व सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को जरूरी दिशा निर्देश दिए। सांसद ने सरकार की योजनाओं को धरातलीय स्वरूप प्रदान करने हेतु सभी कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को जनपद के निर्माणाधीन कार्यों को जनवरी माह तक पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। तथा जनपद की गरीब जनता के कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के तहत करने के सख्त निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए। समिति के सदस्य ब्लाक प्रमुख मोरी बचन सिंह पंवार ने सौड़-ओसला सड़क मार्ग पर मोटर सेतु,नैटवाड़-नुराणु मोटर मार्ग की स्थिति एवं मोरी सालरा सड़क मार्ग से क्षतिग्रस्त सिंचाई नहरों को दुरुस्त करने की बात कही। अध्यक्ष नगर पालिका बड़ाहाट रमेश सेमवाल ने बगियालगांव को जोड़ने वाले क्षतिग्रस्त रास्तों के निर्माण करने,गंगोरी संगमचट्टी सड़क मार्ग को ठीक करने का मुद्दा उठाया। अधिशासी अभियंता पीएमजीएसवाई द्वारा अवगत कराया गया सौड़-ओसला सड़क मार्ग पर मोटर सेतु के लिए पुनः निविदा आमंत्रित करने की कार्यवाही गतिमान है। जबकि क्षतिग्रस्त रास्तों के प्रस्ताव तैयार कर शासन को भेजे गए है। तथा क्षतिग्रस्त नहरों का आगणन शीघ्र तैयार कर लिये जाएंगे।
माननीय सांसद टिहरी गढ़वाल ने महात्मा गाँधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी योजना,दीनदयाल अंत्योदय योजना (एन०आर०एल०एम०)दीनदयाल उपाध्याय कौशल योजना, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना,(पी०एम०जी०एस०वाई०), राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक कार्यक्रम(एन०एस०ए०पी०), प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना(शहरी), प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन ग्रामीण, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण पेयजल कार्यक्रम, प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना, डिजिटल भारत भू अभिलेख आधुनिकरण कार्यक्रम, दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्राम ज्योति योजना, श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना, राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, सर्व शिक्षा अभियान, समेकित बाल विकास योजना, मिड डे मील स्कीम, प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना,परंपरागत कृषि विकास योजना, मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड, प्रधानमंत्री आदर्श ग्राम योजना, प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम, सुगम्य भारत अभियान, बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ अभियान, राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा क्रियान्वयन की भी गहन समीक्षा की।
प्रधानमंत्री आवास शहरी योजना के अंर्तगत 804 आवास के लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष 279 आवास पूर्ण हो गए है। शेष में कार्य गतिमान होना बताया गया। प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास में 1147 लाभार्थियों के खाते में पहली किस्त हस्तांतरित की जा चुकी है। स्वच्छ भारत मिशन में 182 स्वीकृत कार्य के सापेक्ष 165 कार्य पूर्ण हो गए है शेष में कार्य गतिमान है। राष्ट्रीय पेयजल कार्यक्रम के अंर्तगत जल जीवन मिशन के अंर्तगत 666 राजस्व गांव में 75 हजार 617 परिवारों के सापेक्ष 48 हजार से अधिक परिवारों को पानी का कनेक्शन दिया जा चुका है शेष में कार्य चालू है। सरकारी स्कूल व आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में पेयजल कनेक्शन दिए जा चुके है। दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्राम ज्योति योजना के अंर्तगत कुल 599 गांव के सापेक्ष 589 गांव में विद्युतीकरण कर लिया गया है जबकि शेष 10 गांव में विद्युतीकरण का कार्य गतिमान है। बीते वर्ष प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के अंर्तगत
4 हजार से अधिक किसानों का बीमा करवाया गया था। वर्तमान में भी किसानों के फसल बीमा करवाने हेतु जन जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया है।मनरेगा में सबसे अधिक रोजगार देने में प्रदेश में पहला जिला है। आवंटित बजट का शतप्रतिशत व्यय किया गया है। प्रधानमंत्री एवं मुख्यमंत्री उज्ज्वला गैस योजना के अंर्तगत करीब 15 हजार परिवारों को गैस कनेक्शन आवंटित किए जा चुके है। कौशल विकास योजना के अंर्तगत 449 सेवा केंद्र (सीएससी) कार्य कर रहे है।
जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि माननीय सांसद द्वारा दिये गए निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन करना सुनिश्चित करें। तथा बैठक में जो समस्या व शिकायते प्राप्त हुई है, सम्बंधित विभाग उस पर कृत कार्यवाही कर रिपोर्ट मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को प्रस्तुत करना सुनिश्चित करें।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी गौरव कुमार ने प्रस्तुतिकरण के माध्यम से विस्तार से योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान की।
बैठक में समिति के सदस्य ब्लॉक प्रमुख डुंडा शैलेन्द्र कोहली,मोरी बचन सिंह पंवार, पुरोला रीता पंवार, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष बड़ाहाट रमेश सेमवाल, सदस्य किरण पंवार, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी गौरव कुमार सीएमओ केएस चौहान, सीएचओ डॉ रजनीश सिंह,सीएओ गोपाल भंडारी, डीएसओ मनोज सोनी, सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
