उत्तरकाशी : 11 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर दयारा बुग्याल में बटर फैस्टिवल (अढूडी उत्सव) का विधायक गंगोत्री सुरेश चौहान ने विधिवत पूजा – अर्चना कर शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर विधायक चौहान ने सभी क्षेत्र वासियों को शुभकामनाएं दी। बटर फैस्टिवल कार्यक्रम में विधायक गंगोत्री सुरेश चौहान ने कहा कि यह अढूडी उत्सव हमारे पारंपारिक सांस्कृतिक को दर्शाता है। इस प्रकार के आयोजनों से निश्चित ही पहाड़ के रिति रिवाजों को एक विशेष पहचान मिलती है। हमारा प्रयास है कि इस बटर फैस्टिवल (अढूडी उत्सव) को आगामी दिनों में भव्य स्वरूप दिया जायेगा। सरकार निरन्तर पर्यटन के क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने व पर्यटन से क्षेत्र के लोगों की आर्थिकी को मजबूत करने के लिये भरसक प्रयास कर रही है। वहीं विधायक ने क्षेत्र के लोगों के साथ दूध- मक्खन की होली खेलकर बुग्याल की अनुपम सुन्दरता का आनंद लिया।
बता दें कि जिला मुख्यालय उत्तरकाशी से 42 किलोमीटर की सड़क दूरी और भटवाड़ी ब्लॉक के रैथल गांव से 9 किलोमीटर पैदल दूरी पर स्थित 28 वर्ग किलोमीटर में फैले दयारा बुग्याल में सदियों से अढूंड़ी उत्सव मनाया जाता आ रहा है। गर्मी का मौसम शुरू होते ही रैथल समेत आसपास के गांवों के ग्रामीण अपने मवेशियों के साथ बुग्याली क्षेत्रों में स्थित अपनी छानियों में चले जाते हैं. पूरे गर्मी के मौसम में वह वहीं रहते हैं. वे अंढूड़ी उत्सव (बटर फेस्टिवल) मनाकर ही गांव लौटते हैं. लेकिन, लौटने से पहले वे प्रकृति का शुक्रिया अदा करने को इस मेले का आयोजन करते हैं।
दयारा बुग्याल पर्यटन सामिति के अध्यक्ष मनोज राणा ने बटर फेस्टिवल में तीन प्रमुख मांग गंगोत्री विधायक के समक्ष रखी। उन्होंने बताया कि दयारा बुग्याल मेले को राजकीय मेला घोषित करने एवं रैथल,नटीण,बार्सू, दयारा बुग्याल ट्रेक मार्गों का सुधारीकरण का कार्य किया जाय। साथ ही रैथल गांव से गोई बेस केम्प तक रोपवे का निर्माण किया जाय।
इस मौके पर जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा रमेश चौहान,सहकारी बैंक के अध्यक्ष विक्रम सिंह रावत, जिला महामंत्री भाजपा हरीश डंगवाल,एसपी अपर्ण यदुवंशी,अपर जिलाधिकारी तीर्थपाल सिंह,सीएमओ डॉ केएस चौहान,एसडीएम चतर सिंह चौहान, डीएसओ संतोष भट्ट,जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी देवेंद्र पटवाल सहित सामिति के पदाधिकारी एवं स्थानीय जनता व पर्यटक उपस्थित रहे।
