मुख्य सचिव ने चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर जिलाधिकारियों को दिए महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश।

देहरादून : मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. सन्धु की अध्यक्षता में चारधाम यात्रा के सुरक्षित, व्यवस्थित और कुशल संचालन के सम्बन्ध में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ सचिवालय सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गयी, साथ ही जिलाधिकारी चमोली, रूद्रप्रयाग, उत्तरकाशी और पौड़ी को भी विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं के संपादन के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश दिये।
मुख्य सचिव ने सम्बन्धित जिलाधिकारियों को चारधाम यात्रा रूट पर सड़क सुरक्षा, साफ-सफाई, क्राउड मैनेजमेंट, यातायात व्यवस्था, टैस्टिंग तथा कोविड-19 के नियमों का अनुपालन करवाते हुए विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं को संपादित करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि यात्रा रूट के संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में जहाँ पर भी सड़क सुधारीकरण के कार्य किये जाने हैं उनको लोक निर्माण विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधीकरण और सड़क सीमा संगठन से युद्धस्तर पर तत्काल पूरा करें। साथ ही जिन पैदल मार्ग से लोग यात्रा करते हैं उनमें भी मार्ग साफ-सुथरा और सुरक्षित बना रहे तथा उनमें भी पेयजल, शौचालय इत्यादि की समुचित व्यवस्था हो।
उन्होंने यात्रा रूट पर श्रद्धालुओं के लिये पर्याप्त शौचालय और उसमें पानी, साफ-सफाई इत्यादि का एक बार अवलोकन करते हुए उसमें तदनुसार सुधार करने के जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये।
मुख्य सचिव ने सम्बन्धित जिलाधिकारियों को चारधामों में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की टेस्टिंग करवाने, कोविड-19 के एस.ओ.पी. का अनुपालन, अच्छे श्रद्धालु के व्यवहार, आपात स्थिति में कन्ट्रोल रूम के संपर्क, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग इत्यादि से संबंधित सूचनाओं को अनाउंसमेंट के माध्यम से प्रसारित करने के भी निर्देश दिये।
उन्होंने यात्रा रूट पर आवश्यकतानुसार चिकित्सकों की तैनाती करने, आपात स्थिति में स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाने, वाहनों की फिटनेस, लोगों के पंजीकरण, ऑनलाइन ही लोगों को व्हाट्सएप और मैसेज के माध्यम से जरूरी सूचना प्रेषित करने, खानपान की रेट लिस्ट, लोगों को महत्वपूर्ण सूचना प्रदान करने हेतु मुख्य-मुख्य स्थलों, चौराहों, स्टे स्थलों, दुकानों में बोर्ड पर प्रदर्शित करने के सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को विभिन्न रूट पर आवश्यकतानुसार चिकित्सकों-एम्बुलेंस की व्यवस्था करने, पुलिस विभाग को रूट पर सुरक्षा, यातायात और क्राउड मैनेजमेंट, विद्युत विभाग को चारधाम में निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति बनाये रखने, जल संस्थान और पेयजल निगम को रूट पर पेयजल की व्यवस्था सुचारू रखने के निर्देश दिये।
इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने बाहर से आने वाले पर्यटकों के पंजीकरण से लेकर कमर्शियल वाहनों के ग्रीन कार्ड जारी करने इत्यादि सभी कार्य व्यवस्थित तरीके से पूर्ण करने के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये।
इस दौरान बैठक में सचिव अमित नेगी, दिलीप जावलकर, अरविंद सिंह ह्यांकी, एस.ए. मुरूगेशन, रंजीत सिन्हा, आयुक्त गढ़वाल मण्डल रविनाथ रमन, प्रभारी सचिव विनोद कुमार सुमन, अपर सचिव वाई.के. पंत, उप महानिरीक्षक पुलिस नीरू गर्ग सहित संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे तथा उत्तरकाशी, रुद्रप्रयाग, चमोली के जिलाधिकारी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उपस्थित रहे।
