खटीमा : शनिवार को काशीपुर से खटीमा पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने खटीमा मुख्य बाजार में काफिला रुकवा कर हाथ से बने मिट्टी के दीयों की खरीददारी की। उन्होंने इसे प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के आह्वान के अनुरूप वोकल फॉर लोकल के महाअभियान को बढ़ावा देता छोटा सा सहयोग बताया, मिट्टी से बने दीयों एवं स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देना एक कुम्हार के घर को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत करता है।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने सभी से इस दिवाली को ज्यादा से ज्यादा स्थानीय उत्पादों को खरीदे जाने का आग्रह किया।
