मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने हल्द्वानी-काठगोदाम सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट व लिगेसी वेस्ट प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट का किया लोकार्पण।

हल्द्वानी : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को नगर निगम हल्द्वानी-काठगोदाम सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट क्षमता 28 एमएलडी लागत 35 करोड 58 लाख तथा लिगेसी वेस्ट प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट लागत 3 करोड की योजनाओं का लोकार्पण कर हल्द्वानी को समर्पित किया।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी द्वारा पर्यटन एवं वन्यजीवों के पहचान के लिए बनने वाले अंतर्राष्ट्रीय चिड़ियाघर के लिए आवश्यकतानुसार धनराशि स्वीकृत करने की घोषणा की साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि नशे से युवाओं को दूर रखने हेतु वर्ष 2025 रजत जयंती ड्रग्स फ्री देवभूमि प्रदेश होगा इसके लिए हल्द्वानी में नशा मुक्ति केन्द्र खोलने की भी घोषणा की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सुशीला तिवारी चिकित्सालय में आधुनिक कैथलैब स्थापना की घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि चिकित्सालय में कैथलैब खुल जाने से हृदय रोगियों को आसानी से ईलाज मिल सकेगा।
मुख्यंमत्री ने गौलापार क्षतिग्रस्त नहर के जीर्णोद्धार हेतु धनराशि आवंटित करने की लालकुआं विधानसभा क्षेत्र में विद्युत पोल, नई लाईनों एव ट्रांसफार्मरों आदि के लिए धनराशि देने की तथा लालकुआं बंगाली कॉलोनी एवं हाथीखाना हेतु पेयजल एवं विद्युत हेतु डीपीआर बनाने के साथ ही धनराशि स्वीकृत करने की घोषणा की।
अपने सम्बोधन के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा नमामि गंगे की कल्पना की गई थी वह धरातल पर साकार हो रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा गंगा नदी के साथ ही प्रदेश की सभी नदियों का प्रदूषण को समाप्त करने और नदियों को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए योजना प्रारम्भ की गई है। उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश का अमृत योजना के तहत सबसे बडा सीवर प्लांट हल्द्वानी शहर में प्रारम्भ हो जाने से गौलानदी को प्रदूषण से बचाया जा सकेगा वही सीवर का प्रयोग जैविक खाद के रूप में किसानों द्वारा उपयोग मे लाई जा सकेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह प्लांट भविष्य में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार गंगा नदी सहित सभी नदियों को निर्मल एवं स्वच्छ रखने की ओर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में गंगा नदी के साथ ही सहायक नदियों को दूषित करने वाले 132 नालों मे सीवरेज प्लांट स्थापित कर दिये हैं तथा 11 सीवरेज प्लांटों पर निर्माण गतिमान है। उन्होंने कहा मां गंगा मोक्षदायिनी है गंगा का स्वच्छ एवं निर्मल होना जरूरी है इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा नमामि गंगे के तहत अभियान चलाकर कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का प्रयास है कि उत्तराखण्ड की सीमाओं की अन्तिम छोर तक गंगा जल पीने योग्य एवं उच्चकोटि का हो यही हमारा संकल्प है। उन्होंने कहा कि अमृत कार्यक्रमों के द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री ने जो विजन दिया है हमारी सरकार निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
़ मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 26 जनवरी को प्रदेश की मानसखंड झांकी को गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त कर उत्तराखण्ड ने इतिहास रचा है। हम सब के लिए यह पल गौरवशाली है। उन्होंने कहा कि झाकी में पुराणों मे गढवाल का केदारनाथ व कुमाऊं का मानसखंड के रूप में प्रदेश के 63 धार्मिक स्थलों का विस्तार से वर्णन किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा हल्द्वानी शहर की अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए 22 सौ करोड धनराशि दी है जल्द ही हल्द्वानी शहर स्मार्ट सिटी का मूर्त रूप लेगा। मुख्यमंत्री धामी द्वारा सीवरेज प्लांट का निरीक्षण भी किया गया।
कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुये मेयर डा0 जोगेन्द्र पाल सिह रौतेला ने कहा कि अमृत योजना के अन्तर्गत बनने वाले प्रदेश का सबसे बडा सीवर प्लांट है। डा0 रौतेला ने कहा आज हल्द्वानी विकास की ओर अग्रसर हो रहा है। यह प्लांट स्वच्छता में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। उन्होंने कहा जल्द ही तीन से चार माह के भीतर कम्पोस्ट प्लांट पर भी कार्य प्रारम्भ कर दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा हल्द्वानी शहर में बैणीसेना के द्वारा डोर टू डोर कलैक्शन करने से निगम की आय 7 लाख से बढकर 32 लाख हो गई है। कार्यक्रम में विधायक डा0 मोहन सिंह बिष्ट तथा जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा प्रताप बिष्ट द्वारा भी सम्बोधन किया गया।
कार्यक्रम में विधायक रामसिंह कैडा, दीवान सिंह बिष्ट, अध्यक्ष जिला पंचायत बेला तोलिया, आयुक्त दीपक रावत, आईजी नीलेश आनन्द भरणे, जिलाधिकारी धीराज सिंह गर्ब्याल, एसएसपी पंकज भटट, नगर आयुक्त पंकज उपाध्याय, उपजिलाधिकारी मनीष कुमार के साथ ही सैकडों की संख्या में लोग उपस्थित रहे।
