काबीना मंत्री जोशी में मालदेवता में हुए भूस्खलन के नुकसान का जायजा, पहुंचाई राहत।

देहरादून : प्रदेश के सैनिक कल्याण, औद्योगिक विकास एवं एम0एस0एम0ई0 मंत्री गणेश जोशी भूस्खलन प्रभावित मालदेवता क्षेत्र पहुंचे। अपने सारे कार्यक्रम निरस्त कर सुबह से शाम 4 बजे तक प्रभावित क्षेत्र में डटे रहे काबीना मंत्री द्वारा स्थानीय ग्रामीणों को तत्काल राहत पहुंचाने हेतु ग्रामीणों के लिए भोजन व्यवस्था की तथा स्वयं भी ग्रामीणों के साथ ही दोपहर का भोजन किया। काबीना मंत्री द्वारा आपदा प्रभावितों के लिए पंचायत घर में 12 बैड तथा गद्दे-बिस्तर इत्यादि का इंतजाम कर राहत कैम्प की व्यवस्था की गई है।
काबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि जैसे ही मुझे सूचना मिली कि मालदेवता क्षेत्र में भूस्खलन होने के कारण मलवा आ गया है, मैं तुरंत घटना स्थल पर पहुंचा। कल रात हुए भारी बारिश के कारण मालदेवता से भैसवाड़गांव के लिए पीएमजीएसवाई के तहत बन रही सड़क का मलवा स्खलित हो कर मुख्य मार्ग, ग्रामीणों के घरों तथा खेतों में आ गया है। सेरकी-बौंठा पंचायत के झोल गांव को सर्वाधिक नुकसान हुआ है। मैंने स्वयं वहां खड़े हो कर मलवा हटवाने के कार्य का मुल्यांकन किया। पी0एम0जी0एस0वाई0 की निमार्णाधीन सड़क का मलवा अतिवृष्टि के कारण गांव तक आ गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारियों को निर्देषित किया है कि तत्काल प्रकरण की जांच कर दोषी अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध जबावदेही निर्धारित करने का कार्य करें। साथ ही जिलाधिकारी को निर्देषित किया है कि गांव के सात परिवारों को अन्यत्र सुरक्षित स्थान पर पर पुर्नवासित किया जाए क्योंकि इन परिवारों पर भविष्य में भी खतरा आसन्न है। राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देषित किया है कि प्रभावितों के नुकसान का आंकलन कर तत्काल मुआवजा उपलब्ध करवाया जाए। साथ ही निर्माणाधीन सड़क में जिन वायरक्रेट के कारण मलवे से बचाव हुआ वह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं। इनका मरम्मत कार्य तत्काल करवाने के लिए निर्देषित किया गया है। ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी दुर्घटना से बचाव हो सके। क्यारा और द्वारा की ओर से आने वाले सब्जी इत्यादि के वाहनां के लिए यह मार्ग अवरूद्ध हो गया है अतः इसे खोलने का कार्यवाही जारी है।
