उत्तराखंड: मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में Deregulation समीक्षा बैठक, व्यापार और उद्योग को बढ़ावा देने के निर्देश..

उत्तराखंड सरकार ने राज्य में व्यवसाय और उद्योग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए Deregulation (विनियमन मुक्ति) प्रक्रिया को गति देने के उद्देश्य से समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की। यह बैठक आज मुख्य सचिव श्री आनंद बर्द्धन की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुई, जिसमें संबंधित विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी शामिल हुए।
बैठक में मुख्य सचिव ने सभी विभागों को अपने-अपने प्राथमिक क्षेत्रों में Deregulation से संबंधित आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन मामलों में विभागीय स्तर पर Deregulation प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा सकती है, उनका नोटिफिकेशन शीघ्र जारी किया जाए। वहीं, जिन मामलों को कैबिनेट स्तर से संशोधित करने की आवश्यकता है, उसका विस्तृत विवरण तैयार किया जाए और भारत सरकार को भेजे जाने वाले दस्तावेजों की समय पर प्रेषण सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने लंबित प्रकरणों के निस्तारण में तेजी लाने पर जोर दिया, ताकि राज्य में व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों और उद्योगों को अधिक बढ़ावा मिल सके।
इस अवसर पर प्रमुख सचिव श्री आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, आयुक्त गढ़वाल श्री विनय शंकर पांडेय, सचिव श्री श्रीधर बाबू अद्दांकी, अपर सचिव विनीत कुमार, डॉ. सौरभ गहरवार और श्रीमती अपूर्वा पांडे सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि Deregulation से जुड़ी हर प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी और समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा किया जाए, जिससे निवेशकों और उद्योगों के लिए अनुकूल माहौल सुनिश्चित हो सके। यह पहल राज्य में आर्थिक विकास और रोजगार सृजन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण मानी जा रही है।
