देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत और उद्योग मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने नगर निगम देहरादून के तेजतर्रार पार्षद भूपेंद्र कठेत को जन्मदिन की बधाई दी। पार्षद ने देहरादून के भागीरथीपुरम स्थित आवास में मुख्यमंत्री का आशीर्वाद लिया। कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने भूपेंद्र कठेत के उज्जवल भविष्य तथा उत्तम स्वास्थ्य की कामना की।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री की धर्मपत्नी रश्मि त्यागी रावत भी उपस्थित रही।
