तहसील दिवस पर जिलाधिकारी ने सुनी समस्यायें, समस्याओं का हुआ निस्तारण तो 53समस्यायें हुई पंजिकृत।

उत्तरकाशी : उप तहसील जोशियाड़ा में जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में तहसील दिवस आयोजित हुआ। तहसील दिवस में पानी,बिजली,सिचाई नहर,पैदल मार्गों आदि को लेकर कुल 53 समस्याएं व शिकायतें पंजीकृत हुई। अधिकांश शिकायतों/समस्याओं का जिलाधिकारी ने जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में मौके पर ही निस्तारण किया। जिन समस्याओं का निस्तारण तहसील स्तर पर नही हो पाया है उनका निस्तारण एक सप्ताह के भीतर करने के निर्देश सम्बंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को दिए गए।
तहसील दिवस में स्यालिक राम भट्ट निवासी चामकोट द्वारा बाढ़ सुरक्षा के कार्य कराने व लालसिंह राणा निवासी डांग द्वारा नियमित पेयजल की आपूर्ति बहाल करने की मांग की। वहीं ग्राम प्रधान कोटियाल गांव द्वारा गांव में जल भराव को ठीक कराने व गजेंद्र प्रसाद निवासी मस्ताड़ी द्वारा संपर्क मार्ग बनाने की मांग की। रणबीर सिंह निवासी नाल्ड ने पीएमजीएसवाई द्वारा रवाड़ा तोक पर निम्न गुणवत्ता के साथ सुरक्षा दीवार का कार्य किये जाने की शिकायत की। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने अधिशासी अभियंता जल संस्थान को पेयजल आपूर्ति नियमित बहाल करने व जल भराव की समस्या को ठीक करने के निर्देश सिचाई को दिए। सम्पर्क मार्गो को मनरेगा के अंर्तगत बनाने को कहा।
उसके उपरांत जिलाधिकारी ने तहसील का भी स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। तहसील भवन के प्रथम तल पर एडीवी कार्यालय के संचालन में नही होने के फलस्वरूप खाली पड़े कक्षों का जीर्णोद्धार कर तहसील के रिकार्ड आदि रखने हेतु उपयोग में लाने के निर्देश नायब तहसीलदार को दिए। ताकि तहसील और बेहतर तरीके से संचालित हो सकें।
उल्लेखनीय है कि जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित अपने कार्यालय में हर दिन प्रातः10 से दोपहर 12 बजे तक आमजन की समस्याएं सुन रहें है। इसी क्रम में जिलाधिकारी अगस्त माह में एक हजार से अधिक लोगों की समस्या सुन चुके है। तथा त्वरित गति के साथ जनसरोकार से जुड़ी समस्याओं का निस्तारण किया है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जनपद के सभी कार्यालयों में प्रातः 10 से 12 बजे तक सभी जिम्मेदार अधिकारीगण जनता की समस्या सुन रहें है। तथा त्वरित गति के साथ समस्याओं/शिकायतों का निस्तारण कर रहें है।
इस दौरान उप जिलाधिकारी देवेंद्र सिंह नेगी, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनोद प्रसाद सेमल्टी,मुख्य कृषि अधिकारी गोपाल भंडारी, अधिशासी अभियंता जल संस्थान बलदेव सिंह डोगरा,विद्युत मनोज गुसाईं, जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी प्रकाश खत्री, जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी कुलदीप रावत मौजूद रहे।
