DM ने किया सैन्यधाम हेतु चयनित भूमि का स्थलीय निरीक्षण, अधिकारियों को दिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश।

देहरादून : उत्तराखण्ड में पांचवे धाम के रूप में सैन्यधाम के निर्माण को लेकर जिलाधिकारी डाॅ. आर राजेश कुमार ने आज सैन्यधाम हेतु चयनित भूमि का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर साथ में चल रहे राजस्व, वन, सैन्य अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये।
जिलाधिकारी ने सैन्यधाम निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सैन्यधाम हेतु आवंटित भूमि का म्यूटेशन और हस्तांतरण की प्रक्रिया शीघ्रता से पूर्ण करें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों के साथ स्थल का मौका मुआयना करते हुए वस्तुस्थ्तिि का जायजा लिया तथा इस सम्बन्ध में प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये। सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों ने भूमि के सर्वे और सीमांकन का विवरण प्रस्तुत करते हुए सैन्यधाम की कार्य प्रगति से अवगत कराया गया। उन्होंने इस सम्बन्ध में उप जिलाधिकारी सदर देहरादून को गंभीरता से संज्ञान लेते हुए सैन्यधाम के निर्माण की प्रगति तेजी से बढाने हेतु निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारियों को सैन्यधाम हेतु चयनित भूमि पर निर्माण कार्य के सम्बन्ध में सभी पहलुओं पर विस्तृत मंथन करते प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये।
सैन्यधाम हेतु चयनित भूमि के स्थलीय निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने ग्रामसभा से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र तथा एलएमसी का प्रस्ताव तत्काल तैयार करने के निर्देश उप जिलाधिकारी सदर व तहसीलदार सदर को दिये। उन्होंने भूमि के म्यूटेशन एवं सीमांकन के सम्बन्ध में आवश्यक निर्देश देते हुए सैन्यधाम हेतु आरक्षित 4 हैक्टेयर भूमि के नक्शे, खसरे का भी अवलोकन किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने राजस्व एवं वन विभाग की टीम द्वारा पूर्व में किये गये भ्रमण की संयुक्त आख्या रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए उप जिलाधिकारी सदर एवं प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी मसूरी को कहा। उन्होंने राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारियों को सैन्यधाम हेतु अधिग्रहण की गयी भूमि में यथाशीघ्र हस्तांतरण की कार्यवाही करते हुए, जिन लोगों की भूमि अधिग्रहित की जा रही है से सहमति प्राप्त करते हुए यथाशीघ्र अग्रिम कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ की जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि यह माननीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी का ड्रीम प्रोजैक्ट देश के पांचवे धाम सैन्यधाम के निर्माण में तेजी से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिये।
इस अवसर पर प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी मसूरी कहकंशा खान, उप जिलाधिकारी सदर गोपालराम बिनवाल, तहसीलदार सदर दयाराम, सैन्य प्रशसन एवं यूरोकेम के प्रबन्धक सदस्यगण उपस्थित रहे।
