कृषकों / जनप्रतिनिधियों से एक सप्ताह के अन्तर्गत सुझाव प्राप्त किये जाएंगे और प्रस्ताव में कृषकों द्वारा पॉलीहाउस में उत्पादित फसलों के विपणन, उत्पादन में कठिनाई आदि बिन्दु सुझाव भी सम्मिलित किये जाएंगे – कृषि मंत्री जोशी।

देहरादून : प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने मंगलवार को कैंप कार्यालय में प्रेस कान्फ्रेस की। प्रेस कान्फ्रेस में मंत्री जोशी ने पत्रकारों को जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की भौगोलिक परिस्थिति एवं कृषि जलवायु विभिन्न औद्यानिक फसलों के साथ-साथ सब्जियों एवं पुष्पों के उत्पादन हेतु अनुकूल है। राज्य की मौसम विविधता के कारण यहाँ पूरे वर्ष सब्जी एवं पुष्पों की उपलब्धता रहती है। यहाँ उत्पादित सब्जियाँ मैदानी क्षेत्रों हेतु बेमौसमी होने के कारण कृषकों को बहुत अच्छा मूल्य प्राप्त होता है। साथ ही पुष्पों की खेती हेतु जलवायु, सुलभ बाजार (दिल्ली. चण्डीगढ़) से नजदीकी के कारण भी अनुकूल है।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा नाबार्ड की आर0आई0डी०एफ० योजनान्तर्गत 100 वर्गमीटर के पॉलीहाउस (Naturally Ventilated) हेतु वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए 18200 पॉलीहाउस स्थापना व रोपण सामग्री हेतु रू0 313. 95 करोड़ के प्रस्ताव पर मुख्य सचिव के साथ बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया है। मंत्री ने कहा प्रस्ताव के क्रियान्वयन हेतु कृषकों / जनप्रतिनिधियों से एक सप्ताह के अन्तर्गत सुझाव प्राप्त किये जाएंगे और प्रस्ताव में कृषकों द्वारा पॉलीहाउस में उत्पादित फसलों के विपणन, उत्पादन में कठिनाई आदि बिन्दु सुझाव भी सम्मिलित किये जाएंगे।
मंत्री ने कहा एक सप्ताह उपरान्त कृषकों एवं सम्बन्धित स्टेक होर्ल्डस के साथ बैठक आमन्त्रित कर सुझावों के साथ प्रस्ताव को अन्तिम रूप दिया जाएगा।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों एवं कृषि जलवायु विभिन्न औद्यानिक फसलों के साथ-साथ आलू उत्पादन हेतु अत्यधिक अनुकूल है। राज्य में आलू उत्पादन मैदानी, तराई एवं पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में अलग-अलग मौसम / समय पर किया जाता है। वर्तमान में राज्य में आलू लगभग 26867 है0 क्षेत्रफल में कर 3. 67 लाख मै0टन उत्पादन किया जा रहा है। आलू उत्पादक जनपद मुख्यतः उधमसिंहनगर, अल्मोड़ा, टिहरी, पिथौरागढ़, हरिद्वार, उत्तरकाशी एवं नैनीताल हैं। मंत्री जोशी ने बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड में आलू उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देते हुए विपणन व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने हेतु रू0 104.75 करोड़ का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया गया है, जिस हेतु आवश्यक धनराशि की व्यवस्था उद्यान विभाग के अन्तर्गत संचालित जिला / राज्य सैक्टर बागवानी मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना व परम्परागत कृषि विकास योजना के साथ-साथ उत्तराखण्ड) ग्रामीण उद्यम वेग वृद्धि परियोजना ( REAP) एवं उत्तराखण्ड मण्डी परिषद से की जायेगी।
मंत्री द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि उद्यान विभाग द्वारा राज्य में खाने योग्य एवं प्रसंस्करण हेतु प्रजातियों का चयन कर आलू बीज उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देकर स्थानीय स्तर से ही कृषकों को उनकी मांग के अनुसार आलू बीज उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा, जिस हेतु विभाग द्वारा 10 राजकीय उद्यानों को आलू बीज उत्पादन केन्द्रों के रूप में स्थापित करते हुए आधारीय प्रथम व आधारीय द्वितीय आलू बीज उत्पादन किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में आलू उत्पादन की अत्यधिक सम्भावनायें हैं, जिसका मुख्य कारण पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में आलू का उत्पादन उस समय होना है, जब मैदानी क्षेत्रों में आलू का उत्पादन नहीं होता है। ऐसी परिस्थितियों में पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में उत्पादित आलू का कृषकों को अच्छा मूल्य प्राप्त होता है। साथ ही राज्य के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में उत्पादित पहाड़ी आलू / तुमड़ी की बाजार में अत्यधिक मांग होने के कारण कृषकों को उनके उत्पाद का बहुत अच्छा मूल्य प्राप्त होता है।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा राज्य में मैदानी, तराई / भावर एवं पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में पूर्व से आलू उत्पादन करने वाले क्षेत्रों में कृषकों का चयन कलस्टर आधारित किये जाने हेतु प्रोत्साहित कर आलू उत्पादन कराया जायेगा। मंत्री ने कहा प्रत्येक कलस्टर में कम से कम 30-50 हैं0 क्षेत्रफल आच्छादित किया जायेगा, जिसमें पूर्व से आलू उत्पादित करने वाले कलस्टरों का चयन कर आलू बीज उत्पादन हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया जायेगा। कलस्टर का चयन स्थानीय भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों व कृषि जलवायु की अनुकूलता के आधार पर बीज उत्पादन एवं आलू उत्पादन का कार्य किया जायेगा।
