देहरदून : शनिवार को कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने अपनी शादी के 38वीं वर्षगांठ पर पत्नी निर्मला जोशी संग देहरादून मोहनी रोड़ स्थित कुष्ठ आश्रम पहुंचकर अपनी शादी की सालगिरह कुष्ठ रोग पीड़ितों के साथ मनाई। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कुष्ठ आश्रम में मौजूद सभी कुष्ठ रोग पीड़ित लोगों को कंबल एवं मिष्ठान वितरित किया।
इस अवसर पर मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि मैं और मेरे परिवार में चाहे मेरे बच्चों का जन्मदिवस हो या अन्य कोई भी कार्यक्रम हो, हमेशा से ही मैं समाज के कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों के साथ इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम मनाता आया हूं।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा इस से जहां एक और मन को शांति मिलती है तो वहीं दूसरी ओर इनका आशीर्वाद भी प्राप्त होता है। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा आज जो कुछ भी मैं हूं इन्ही के आशीर्वाद से है। उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा कुष्ठ रोगियों को समाज की मुख्य धारा में जोड़ने के प्रयास भी निरंतर किया जा रहा है।
इस अवसर पर मंत्री जोशी की धर्मपत्नी निर्मला जोशी, प्रदेश मंत्री आदित्य चौहान, पार्षद कमली भट्ट, मंजीत रावत, मंडल अध्यक्ष पूनम नौटियाल सहित कई लोग उपस्थित रहे।
