वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस रुड़की स्टेशन पर पहुंची, नेताओं ने किया शुभारंभ..
रुड़की में वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस की शुरुआत हुई। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने लखनऊ से वर्चुअली हरी झंडी दिखाई। रुड़की स्टेशन पर राज्यसभा सदस्य और सांसद समेत कई जनप्रतिनिधियों ने ट्रेन का स्वागत किया और उसे सहारनपुर के लिए रवाना किया। सांसद त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने इसे विकास की नई दिशा बताया।
रुड़की से वंदे भारत ट्रेन की शुरूआत हो चुकी है। ट्रेन को लखनऊ से प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने वर्चुअली हरी झंडी दिखाई।
वहीं, रुड़की रेलवे स्टेशन पर शनिवार दोपहर करीब तीन बजे राज्यसभा सदस्य डा. कल्पना सैनी, सांसद त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत, विधायक प्रदीप बत्रा और महापौर अनीता अग्रवाल समेत कई जनप्रतिनिधियों ने ट्रेन का स्वागत किया। स्टेशन से ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर सहारनपुर रवाना किया।
वंदे भारत के आगमन के लिए प्लेटफार्म को विशेष रूप से सजाया गया था। समारोह के दौरान सांसद त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में रेल क्रांति हो रही है।
उत्तराखंड जैसे पर्वतीय राज्य तक वंदे भारत का पहुंचना विकास की नई दिशा का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने कहा कि रुड़की, हरिद्वार और देहरादून के यात्रियों को अब लखनऊ तक तेज, आरामदायक और आधुनिक रेल सेवा मिलेगी।
राज्यसभा सदस्य डा. कल्पना सैनी ने कहा कि यह पल रुड़की के लिए गर्व का है। वंदे भारत न केवल यात्रा का नया अध्याय खोलेगी, बल्कि क्षेत्र के आर्थिक विकास को भी गति देगी। विधायक प्रदीप बत्रा ने कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार लगातार बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत कर रही हैं, और वंदे भारत इसका उदाहरण है।
वहीं, जैसे ही ट्रेन रवाना हुई, यात्रियों और स्थानीय लोगों ने तिरंगा लहराकर उसका स्वागत किया। प्लेटफार्म पर भारत माता की जय के नारे गूंज उठे। लंबे इंतजार के बाद रुड़की को वंदे भारत का तोहफा मिलना लोगों के चेहरे पर उत्साह और गर्व का भाव छोड़ गया।
वरिष्ठ वाणिज्य प्रबंधक आदित्य गुप्ता ने बताया कि वंदे भारत का फिलहाल उद्घाटन रन किया गया है, जबकि आरक्षण की प्रक्रिया बहुत जल्द शुरू की जाएगी। समारोह में भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष डा. मधु सिंह, नार्दर्न रेलवे सलाहकार समिति के सदस्य प्रदीप त्यागी, सीएमआइ अजय तोमर, स्टेशन अधीक्षक अरुण कुमार, जीआरपी और आरपीएफ के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
