पर्यटन से प्रतिबंध हटने के बाद पर्यटक स्थलों को खोलने की मांग मुख्यमंत्री से की।
मसूरी : व्यापार संघ मसूरी ने विश्व पर्यटन दिवस पर लॉक डाउन के बाद से बन्द पड़े पर्यटक स्थलों को खोलने की अनुमति देने की मांग को लेकर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री को एसडीएम के माध्यम से ज्ञापन दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री को दिये ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि उत्तराखंड एक पर्यटन प्रदेश है व् मसूरी एक पर्यटन नगरी है जिसकी सम्पूर्ण आर्थिकी सिर्फ पर्यटन व् पर्यटकों पर निर्भर है। करोना संक्रमण के चलते पिछले 6 महीनो में मसूरी के व्यापारियों की आर्थिकी कमजोर हुई है व् यहाँ के हजारों निवासी बेरोजगार हुए हैं। हाल ही में केंद्र व् राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनलॉक के अंतर्गत सम्पूर्ण पर्यटक गतिविधियों को क्रम वार खोल दिया है जिसके चलते पर्यटकों का आवागमन कुछ शुरू हुआ है। उम्मीद की जा रही है की आने वाले एक साल में पर्यटन पूर्व की भांति पटरी पर वापस आ सकेगा।
पर्यटको के आवागमन के बावजूद मसूरी के पर्यटक स्थल अभी तक बंद है। आने वाला जो भी थोड़ा पर्यटक आ रहा है वो निराश होकर लौट रहा है क्योंकि मसूरी के पर्यटक स्थल आज भी बंद है। विश्व पर्यटन दिवस के दिन व्यापार संघ अनुरोध करता है कि मसूरी के बंद पडे़ पर्यटक स्थल कंपनी गार्डन,गन हिल,मॉल रोड रोपवे, झूलाघर, जवाहर एक्वेरियम,लाल टिब्बा, मसूरी झील, भट्टा फाल, जॉर्ज एवेरेस्ट हाउस को खोलने के निर्देश दें। जिससे की मसूरी के समस्त व्यापारियों को सहायता मिले व् इन सभी स्थलों से रोजगार से जुड़े स्थानीय निवसियों को रोजगार भी मिलें। इसके साथ साथ मसूरी में कई वर्षों से कोई नया पर्यटक स्थल की स्थापना नहीं हुई है। मांग की गई कि मसूरी में नए पर्यटक स्थलों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक नीति बने व् झाड़ीपानी फाल, मसूरी जू, एम्यूजमेंट पार्क, किंक्रेग रोड स्थित ईको पार्क आदि को भी विकसित करने की पहल की जाए। ज्ञापन देने वालों में व्यापार संघ अध्यक्ष रजत अग्रवाल, महासचिव जगजीत कुकरेजा, कोषाध्यक्ष भरत कुमांई आदि रहे।
