ब्रिेटिश काल से चली आ रही रेलवे आउट एजेंसी बंद, इतिहास का पन्ना बनी।
मसूरी : आखिर ब्रिटिश काल से चल रही मसूरी स्थित उत्तर रेलवे की आउट एजेंसी बंद हो गई। जिससे स्थानीय लोगों में खासा निराशा पैदा हो गई है वहीं प्रदेश सरकार सहित केंद्र सरकार के प्रति आक्रोश व्यक्त किया जा रहा है। एंजेसी के बंद होने पर इसे साजिश माना जा रहा है। ब्रिटिश काल से जनता को सुविधा प्रदान करने वाली रेलवे एजेंसी अब इतिहास के पन्नों में दर्ज हो जायेगी।
ब्रिटिश काल में अंग्रेजों ने 1942 से मसूरी आने वाले पर्यटकों रेलवे के टिकट मसूरी से ही बुक कराने की सुविधा मुहैया करवाई थी जो आजादी के बाद भी जारी रही। इस आउट एजेंसी से मसूरी आने वाले पर्यटकों को देश के किसी भी शहर में जाने के लिए रेलवे का टिकट आसानी से बिना किसी भीड़ व कठिनाई के उपलब्ध हो जाता था लेकिन अब केंद्र सरकार ने इस एजेंसी को बंद करा दिया है। जबकि यह एजेंसी नुकसान में नहीं थी बल्कि लाभ में थी। आखिर इसे बंद करने के पीछे कोई न कोई साजिश लग रही है। इसके बंद होने से अब मसूरी वासियों को रेल का टिकट बुक करवाने के लिए पूरा दिन खराब कर देहरादून जाना पड़ेगा और वहां जाकर टिकट बुक होगा भी या नहीं इसकी भी कोई गारंटी नहीं है। वहीं मसूरी आने वाले पर्यटकों को भी अब रेलवे का टिकट बुक कराने में परेशानी होगी जिसका सीधा प्रभाव पर्यटन पर पड़ेगा। एक ओर सरकार पर्यटन को बढावा देने के लिए तमाम सुविधाओं को बढाने की बात करती है वहीं दूसरी ओर जो सुविध मिल रही थी वह भी बंद कर दी। रेलवे आउट एजेंसी के इंचार्ज पकज वर्मा ने बताया कि आज शनिवार को रेलवे आउट एजेंसी मसूरी का काउंटर हमेशा के लिए बंद कर दिया जायेगा। विभाग ने यहां से सारा सामान उठा लिया है। रेलवे आउट एजेंसी बंद हो जाने पर व्यापार संघ के अध्यक्ष रजत अग्रवाल ने कहा कि यह मसूरी का दुर्भाग्य है कि एक ऐसी सुविधा बंद कर दी गई जिसका लाभ स्थानीय लोगों सहित पर्यटकों को मिलता था। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके बंद करने के पीछे बड़ी साजिश है, जिसमें भूमाफियाओं का संबध लगता है। क्येांकि यह संपत्ति मसूरी के प्राइम लोकेशन पर है जिस पर भूमाफियाओं की नजर रही है।
