धनोल्टी – सड़क नहीं तो विधानसभा चुनाव का करेंगे बहिष्कार।
टिहरी : धनोल्टी विधानसभा के अतंर्गत सकलाना पटटी के ग्राम गोठ में ग्रामीणों ने बैठक कर आजादी के 75 साल बाद भी सड़क न बनाये जाने पर आका्रेश व्यक्त किया व चेतावनी दी कि यदि शीघ्र सड़क बनाने का निर्णय सरकार ने नहीं लिया तो आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव के बहिस्कार का निर्णय लिया है।
ग्राम प्रधान गोठ लाखी राम चमोली की अध्यक्षता में ग्राम पंचायत की बैठक आयोजित की गई जिसमें ग्राम पंचायत को सड़क से जोडने पर चर्चा की गई। बैठक में ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि ग्राम पंचायत गोठ को सड़के से जोडने की मांग विगत बीस वर्षों से लगातार की जाती रही है। जिसमें लोक निर्माण विभाग ने सड़क संबंधी कार्रवाई के दस्तावेज वित्तीय स्वीकृति हेतु शासन को भेजे लेकिन कई बार अनुरोध करने पर भी इस ओर प्रशासन ने ध्यान नहीं दिया व आजादी के 75 साल बाद भी गांव में सडक नहीं है जबकि पूरा देश आजादी का जश्न मना रहा है। बैठक में कहा गया कि आज भी गांव में किसी के बीमार होने या महिला के गर्भवती होने पर उन्हें सड़क तक पहुंचाने में भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। ग्रामीणों ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि प्रशासन व सरकार शीघ्र गांव को सड़क मार्ग से जोडने की स्वीकृति प्रदान नहीं करती तो आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव का पूर्ण रूप से बहिष्कार किया जायेगा।
बैठक में ग्राम प्रधान लाखी राम चमोली, उप प्रधान कविता देवी, युवा मंगल दल के अध्यक्ष सोम्बारी लाल गौड, महिला मंगल दल अध्यक्ष निर्मला देवी, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता राम प्रकाश चमोली, जय प्रकाश, सुरेश, जगत राम, दिनेश नौटियाल, सतीश चमोली, मदन लाल, आशा देवी, बचनी देवी, रेखा देवी, सरस्वती देवी, सुशीला देवी आदि सहित ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे।
