मुख्यमंत्री धामी से उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब की नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी ने की शिष्टाचार भेंट..
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से आज शासकीय आवास में उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब की नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी के पदाधिकारियों ने अध्यक्ष श्री अजय राणा के नेतृत्व में शिष्टाचार भेंट की। इस अवसर पर सूचना महानिदेशक श्री बंशीधर तिवारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रेस क्लब के नव निर्वाचित पदाधिकारियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की। उन्होंने कहा कि लोकतंत्र में मीडिया की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है और मीडिया से जुड़े प्रतिनिधियों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए राज्य सरकार निरंतर प्रयासरत है। मुख्यमंत्री ने मीडियाकर्मियों से राज्य के समग्र विकास में सहयोगी बनने की भी अपेक्षा व्यक्त की।
इस अवसर पर प्रेस क्लब के निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष श्री भूपेंद्र कंडारी ने कहा कि पूर्व में भी प्रेस क्लब को मुख्यमंत्री और राज्य सरकार का सहयोग मिलता रहा है तथा आगे भी इसी प्रकार के सहयोग की उम्मीद है। नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष श्री अजय राणा एवं महामंत्री श्री योगेश सेमवाल ने प्रेस क्लब भवन निर्माण के प्रस्ताव के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया।
