उत्तराखंड में ‘जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार’ अभियान का शुभारंभ, 45 दिन तक चलेंगे बहुउद्देशीय शिविर..

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर प्रदेशभर में बुधवार से ‘जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार’ अभियान का शुभारंभ हो गया है। यह महत्वाकांक्षी अभियान 45 दिनों तक संचालित किया जाएगा, जिसके तहत प्रदेश की सभी न्याय पंचायतों में शिविर आयोजित कर आमजन को सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देने के साथ-साथ पात्र लाभार्थियों को मौके पर ही योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
अभियान में राजस्व, ग्राम्य विकास, पंचायती राज, कृषि, समाज कल्याण सहित 23 विभाग शामिल हैं। पहले दिन राज्य के सभी जिलों में तय कार्यक्रम के अनुसार शिविर आयोजित किए गए, जिनमें बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता की।
पिथौरागढ़ जिले के विकासखंड बिण की न्याय पंचायत दौला में आयोजित शिविर का शुभारंभ कुमाऊं आयुक्त श्री दीपक रावत ने किया। यहां 800 से अधिक लोगों ने भाग लिया, जिनमें से अधिकांश समस्याओं का मौके पर ही निस्तारण किया गया। जिलाधिकारी श्री आशीष भटगांई ने बताया कि जिले की सभी 64 न्याय पंचायतों में शिविर आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
चम्पावत जिले के सिमल्टा में 500 से अधिक लोगों को विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किया गया। जिलाधिकारी श्री मनीष कुमार ने 100 से अधिक शिकायतों का त्वरित निस्तारण किया तथा बालिका जन्मोत्सव के तहत नन्हीं बालिकाओं के साथ केक काटा।
अल्मोड़ा जिले में 11 विकासखंडों की 13 न्याय पंचायतों में शिविर लगाए गए, जहां दिव्यांगजनों को सहायक उपकरण, चिकित्सकीय परामर्श, भूमि प्रमाणपत्र और अन्य सेवाएं प्रदान की गईं।
बागेश्वर, ऊधमसिंह नगर, देहरादून, रुद्रप्रयाग, उत्तरकाशी, टिहरी, हरिद्वार, चमोली और नैनीताल सहित अन्य जिलों में भी अभियान के तहत शिविरों में सैकड़ों शिकायतों का समाधान किया गया तथा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण, प्रमाणपत्र वितरण, कृषि उपकरण, स्वयं सहायता समूहों को वित्तीय सहायता और सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं का लाभ दिया गया।
देहरादून जिले के चकराता क्षेत्र में आयोजित शिविर में 658 से अधिक लोगों की निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच की गई, वहीं पीएम दिव्यांग केंद्र के माध्यम से बुजुर्गों को सहायक उपकरण वितरित किए गए।
सरकार का उद्देश्य इस अभियान के माध्यम से प्रशासन को जनता के द्वार तक ले जाकर पारदर्शी, त्वरित और प्रभावी सेवा वितरण सुनिश्चित करना है।
